About: I have had 3 family dogs throughout my life, I personally take care of reptiles and amphibians, and I genuinely love to care for animals! I personally own a bearded dragon named Ember and in the past, I have briefly homed poorly cared for lizards and found them new homes. My family currently has a pit bull terrier mix, named Nyla. She is the absolute light of my life and she truly made me realize how happy caring for animals made me. I work a full time job, 6:00am-2:30pm and this schedule will transition to 8am-5:00pm on Monday, October 26th. But I am flexible before or after my shift if you are also able to be! But, I do have some current commitments: Dog/Cat Sit In at: 5:00am-5:15am and 5:30pm-6:00pm from October 7th to October 14th. Dog walking from 4:30pm-5:30pm from October 5th to January 7th. Please keep this schedule in mind before booking with me, thank you! I want to respect anyone’s home and pets as if they were my own. Safety and attention to detail is always important when someone trusts you to work for them.

We downloaded Rover, did some research, and found Jess who was INCREDIBLY responsive and sensitive to our needs. She was able to offer in-home pet sitting for us on short notice which we were so grateful for. We were still able to go on our trip for a few days and we felt like our sweet girl was in great hands with Jess. I also make sure they get plenty of attention and companionship because I know pets can miss their humans just as much as humans miss them. I pay close attention to behavior and look for anything unusual, such as changes in appetite, energy, bathroom habits, or mood. If something doesn’t seem right, I’ll let you know promptly. I’ll also treat your home with the same respect I would my own—clean, secure, and exactly as you left it. I have experience with cats and small animals and understand that every pet has a different comfort level. Some want to play, some want cuddles, some want to explore, and some would prefer to stare at me from across the room while silently judging my life choices. I respect all of these personalities! 😂 Most importantly, I don’t believe pet sitting is simply checking a box on a to-do list. It’s about building trust, providing companionship, following your pet’s routine, and making sure they feel happy and secure while you’re away. You enjoy your time away. I’ll handle the treats, belly rubs, zoomies, and occasional feline attitude. 🐾

“Allie was truly lovely. This was our first time using a sitter. Parker has a lot of separation anxiety so I wasn't sure how it would go. She took the time to come do a meet and greet ahead of time. She made him feel comfortable, asked questions and spent time calmly cuddling him so he could get used to her while we were all together. She was communicative and sent me photo updates.
