She is so sweet and so kind with all types of animals, and on top of that she's a pleasure to work with, always responsible, communicative, and reliable. I have multiple cats with completely different personalities, and Lorena takes the time to give them each exactly what they need, by engaging in play or being affectionate or just patiently comforting them when they're being shy. She sends adorable pictures and videos along with updates to let me know how they're all doing, and she's very attentive to their well-being, alerting me right away if they show any concerning behavior. I've never felt more peace of mind when I travel than when Lorena is taking care of my kitties. I can't recommend her highly enough! She is absolutely the BEST ❤️”

“I am so happy to hear that Demetra wants to care for pets on Rover! Demetra is the most amazing person, and I don't know of ANYONE that loves pets more than she does! Demetra has cared for my 12 year old blind Yorkie, who also has congestive heart disease, and thyroid disease. My dog takes several pills and Demetra has been outstanding when caring my dog. She made sure that he stayed safe in her home, (as he was unfamiliar with the surroundings), made sure that his meds were administered properly, and that my dog was showered with love. “Our new Boston Terrier puppy, Frankie, had his first stay with Hope, and we couldn’t have been happier! Hope is a pleasure to deal with, is clearly an avid dog lover and pretty much something of a “dog whisperers.” You could tell from the moment we dropped Frankie off until we picked him up that he would be in great hands. She creates a completely stress-free, comfortable environment and has a wonderful large fenced-in yard in which Frankie had plenty of room to play or just “hang out.” Hope’s attention to every detail of Frankie’s care inside her welcoming home put us completely at ease with leaving our puppy with her. Frankie wants to know when he’s going back....Well, he was happy to hear that we re-booked Hope for multiple future stays! Thanks so much, Hope! A unique, caring and extremely friendly environment.
