“Melissa and her family are the absolute BEST!!!! My dog absolutely loves going to their home and being entertained, loved and treated like a princess. I can't say enough good things!”

“Lauryn was amazing! She had cared for our dog Stella during our moving process. Needless to say Stella’s well-being was one less worry on our minds during the craziness of moving. We received photos during her stay and after picking her up we could sense Stella had a great time and was very comfortable with Lauryn. We will definitely keep Lauryn in mind shall we need a sitter again. Thank you again!”

“Lola returned for her 2nd stay with Aeli. Again was a terrific experience from drop off to pick up. There is no doubt Lola enjoyed her stay and was very well taken care of. Thank you Aeli for caring for our Lola!!! Would definitely book another stay with Aeli.”

“It was a pleasure working with Matthew! He is an excellent communicator and was very flexible with our schedule. He took wonderful care of Summer, providing regular photo updates and real-time feedback that gave me complete peace of mind. I’ll definitely be booking with him again!”

“I was feeling a bit of anxiety over leaving my toy poodle who has never been left with a non family member . But very quickly after meeting Hope I knew he was in good hands. Hope kept us posted with several daily pictures and updates so we were able to relax and have great piece of mind on our trip. Your dog will be in good hands with Hope and her family. We will definitely be using her again for our daughters wedding.”

“Sunny was a fantastic dog sitter and we would 100% book with her again! She was extremely communicative throughout Ruby’s stay and genuinely seemed to enjoy spending time with her. Sunny was also incredibly accommodating when our flight was delayed and we were late picking Ruby up. Most importantly, Ruby was a very happy dog when we picked her up! Highly recommend Sunny.”

“I had to take a last minute trip and Ann was a life saver with my fur baby! She was flexible with my hours and shared daily reports along with photos or videos. Thank you again ?”

“We had Lady dogsit our dog while we were on vacation for around a week. From the time we first met Lady to the moment we picked our dog up, we felt her genuine love and care for animals. She treated her dogs so well and kept us updated on our dog’s well-being multiple times a day with pictures and videos. She was very responsive via message and overall, we had a fantastic experience with her! Would definitely recommend her!”

“Julia was amazing. She was warm, compasionate and loving to my senior pup. She was accomodating when I had to change the drop off date, and treated Lucy as one of her own. She sent photos frequently, which I loved. Lucy was calm and happy when I came to pick her up. I will definitely use Julia again. Thank you, Julia.”

“We had an amazing experience with Andrew. He is a very skilled dog trainer and caregiver. Our dog Vita likes to set her out rules, but Andrew managed to tame her and made her obey the rules. Besides she had a great time with other dogs while running, playing and exercising with them. We got photos and videos at our dog twice a day, which was really helpful because we missed her a lot. After three weeks our Vita returned to us trained and in a good fit and mood. Highly recommended!”

“Camila was absolutely wonderful! She kept me updated with photos and videos and took such great care of Winnie. Her dog Milo was also amazing—he and Winnie got along so well and played together perfectly. I felt completely at ease knowing Winnie was in such good hands. I’ll definitely be booking her again—couldn’t be happier with the experience!”

“Vinny watched our golden for a week and was an outstanding sitter! He took care of our dog like he was his own. Vinny made sure to update us with photos while we were on our trip. We highly recommend you book with Vinny!”

“Moonyoung and Sunhyung were great with Ziggy! It usually takes her a couple days to get used to a new environment, and they were patient, sent updates and pictures and provided a caring home. It gave me great peace of mind while away that Ziggy was being well taken care of :)”

Hope was an amazing dog sitter for my Shiba Inu. Her space is clean, dog friendly both inside the house and outside with a fenced backyard, plus she is very friendly and loving towards the animals. She checked in multiple times per day with pictures and progress reports on eating/activity/and using the bathroom when hosting my pet. Rest assured that your pet will be in great hands with Hope. Thank you.

Lee K was great with my dog Bodi. Knowing that she was familiar with looking after senior dogs and giving medication made me feel comfortable using her pet sitting services. She took great care of Bodi, helping him as needed & provided me with many photos & videos so that I could see how he was doing while he was staying at her home. Upon picking him up I could tell he had a relaxing stay and was comfortable within her home and around her other dogs. We are looking forward to using Lee K again in the future!

"She was amazing. It was Charlie's first time staying with someone else for more than a week, but the daily photos and videos she sent kept me totally reassured. I really appreciate how warmly she looked after him. Because of her, I could focus on my work on the other side of the world with peace of mind. I'm so glad Charlie had a blast with her dog and another puppy there. I felt so lucky to leave him with her."

Camila is an amazing dog sitter. She has a friendly personality and her husband is just as awesome. They cared and took care of my American bully of 5 years which he warmed up to them wonderfully. Camila always sent picture updates of my dog, which was great to have a good price of mind. I would definitely recommend her services again!

My dog spent 21 days in Yuchen’s house, and he was very happy with Yuchen’s family and her dog. Yuchen sent me pictures and videos everyday: my dog running in her large backyard, sleeping on the comfortable couch…. Yuchen is kind and responsible, highly recommended!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
