She was flexible which we needed as we were hiring her ahead of having our baby who ended up coming early and she was gracious enough to move up our days. Carol and her family love pets and it is so evident by how happy our pups were at pick up and we will 100% be leaving our pups with her again. From the start she was very responsive to our request and to all of our questions which ensured us that Jackson will be in great hands. Kyungwon and Henry were absolutely wonderful sitters! They were so caring with my pup and paid close attention to every detail of his schedule. Since he’s still a puppy, they took extra care to keep up with his nap times and made sure he was comfortable around their other dogs. They also sent so many photos and videos throughout the day, so I never had to wonder how he was doing. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such good hands. I booked Hope to board Walter at her home overnight when I had a wedding to attend! We did a meet and greet before the overnight visit and Hope showed me where Walter would sleep and spend the day! It was reassuring to know she had a gate to keep Walter and his puppy antics contained. During the actual stay she sent many cute pictures of Walter enjoying his stay. She also cleaned his eyes for me and gave me some grooming tips for him! He came home looking even better than when I dropped him off!! I would definitely book with her again! :)
