“So lucky to have found Hope - she and her wonderful family are the best we could have wished for. SUKI our 5 months old Havanese puppy just loves her. Hope has a way with dogs - no doubt about it. Her beautiful home is set up to look after dogs, a great big fenced in yard, very safe and she really allows them to become part of her family. SUKI was clearly spoiled and fussed over during her stay - she will miss everyone! Unfortunately she had an upset tummy for a couple of days but Hope kept me posted 24-7, checked in with my vet and cleaned up accidents without ant complaints. I felt so bad when I returned to pick up our puppy, but Hope was absolutely wonderful about it. Cannot thank her and her family enough! SUKI is due for another visit in early January, and we have no hesitation leaving her in Hope's capable hands :-) I would highly recommend Hope to look after your precious puppies, no hesitation whatsoever - it's more like a vacation for your puppy, pampered, loved and cared for 24-7! Evelien was amazing! So calm and gracious, our poochies felt the good vibes and comfortable right away! We wondered how our dogs would react to Evelien’s 3 dogs, but they were so friendly, all becoming a “pack” within 5 minutes! They have actually helped to socialize our dogs. There was s big backyard for our energetic dogs to run about outside, and Evelien sent pix and videos that were quite adorable. We felt SO comfortable about their stay and will absolutely hope to rebook with Evelien again.
My dog spent 21 days in Yuchen’s house, and he was very happy with Yuchen’s family and her dog. Yuchen sent me pictures and videos everyday: my dog running in her large backyard, sleeping on the comfortable couch…. Yuchen is kind and responsible, highly recommended!
Joanne goes above and beyond for boarding! We did a meet and greet beforehand, she helped communicate what to expect when leaving our pup for the first time and communicated a lot while we were gone which helped calm our nerves. Marshall was in great hands and couldn’t have asked for a better person to leave him with. We would highly recommend her!
