About: I have taken care of pets for most of my life, (dogs and cats).. Our last dog lived to be almost 17 due to great care and love. I welcome any pets. i will care for them as they are mine. I am a retired nurse practitioner and home most hours of each day. We live in a dog walking community and close to parks ideal for long walks. Loch Raven Reservoir is close to our home with many great trails. I have a fenced yard with a pool. I would not leave any dog alone in the yard, our neighborhood is great for walking. I will only take pets friendly to children.

About: Hello! My name is Hannah and I'm a lifelong pet lover with over 15 years of experience taking care of dogs and cats. I specialize in the care of our senior pups and have experience preparing special diets, administering medication (pills and injections), and love taking life at a slower pace to accommodate seniors who navigate the world one paw at a time. I've grown up around dogs my whole life and spent my childhood dog sitting for family and friends, as well as looking after my own two poodles named Strider and Izzy. My sweet Izzy passed away in June 2022 at the age of 17, and during her golden years I had the privilege to be alongside her every day to make sure she went up and down the stairs safely, took her medicine on time, and provide care and support if she had a seizure or other medical emergency. Strider is now approaching his 17th birthday! I also have experience looking after dogs with specific medical needs, such as insulin injections. My family dog Charlie had diabetes, and I am experienced in taking blood sugar measurements and administering the proper dose of insulin. I adopted my current dog Pippin when he was 3 months old, and I have experience in training puppies and looking after rambunctious young pups! I am always available via text or call and will send you as many update pictures as you would like while your pup is in my care! I am enthusiastic about taking care of animals and providing support to pet parents. My schedule is flexible and I will work with you to find the best schedule to support your needs - whether it's daily walks or an extended vacation! I'm currently a furloughed federal worker who normally works remotely on a flexible schedule. Until further notice, I am available almost every day of the week at a variety of times throughout the morning, afternoon, and early evening. Once the government shutdown ends, I will notify all clients of my updated availability and adjust my Rover profile accordingly. I will ask for details on my client's preferences for entering and exiting the home, as well as accessing food, treats, and leashes/collars. If a pet requires daily medication or blood sugar testing, I will ask my client's for a specific schedule and the necessary dosage. For long-term home stays, I am happy to attend to additional tasks such as collecting mail or watering plants.

About: Hi! I am tehya, and i am a student at Towson University! I am the one that will mainly be watching your pup, but if at any time i have to leave, i have 3 dog loving roommates who would be more than happy to help! I am a college athlete, so keeping your dog in shape and going on walks or playing is nothing to ever worry about. And since my classes are only an hour long, thats as long that they would theoretically be alone. I am on the cheer team so I do have practices 3 days a week from 6:30 pm to 9:30. One of my roommates is not on the team so while I am out she will be with your pup! there will always be someone home taking care of your baby. There is a doggy area in my apartment and the complex is very dog friendly. I live in a spacious 4 bedroom apartment with quite a large open living room and kitchen area. I have little gates and have carpeted bedrooms but hardwood everywhere else.

My dog has had a lot of health issues since I’ve had her so I am familiar with caring for sick pets. I love walking with the animals, playing with them and giving them love to allow their personalities to shine through. I have a fenced yard for the pets to run and play in. I love running around with them if they have energy to burn. I am available to pet sit short term. I also have the veterinarian and PetER on speed dial if ever needed and both locations are within 5 minutes of my location. I currently work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for pets throughout the week. I’m available for walks, day care and boarding on weekends and weekdays.
