About: I've taken care of animals of all kinds since I was 9 years old. I grew up on a farm with several dogs and have had dogs of my own my whole life. I currently have a 4 year old golden retriever of my own. I have a deep love and admiration for dogs and love spending time with all furry friends! I work full time remotely from 6 am until 1pm but I am able to take breaks and walk/care for animals during the morning if needed. About: Hello Pet Parents! My name’s Samantha, currently I am a single mom to 1 toddler and also a dog-mama to my Shih Tzu pup, Chico! I have had dogs my entire life and have been doing Rover for many years now. I have the ability yo keep your pups schedule on track while they are in my care. I only work one a day week away from home ( I come home in my lunch break) and do property management from home as well. My sister watches my son on the one day that I do go to work, so if your pet stays with me I would always be around or my sister would be at my home to let your pet outside, walk them, and care for their needs. :) I do not normally host more than one families pet/s at once but if I was going to, I would let both owners know before doing so and only with dogs that I had watched before and know that there would not be any issues. I offer pet/house sitting, I need to be able to bring my son with me & if possible I like to bring my shih tzu Chico with me to boarding jobs. (But I do understand sometimes that isn’t an option. I don’t want any dog or cat feeling like their home is being invaded.) I have a small yard at my home to take dogs out but there isnt much running space if your dog is high energy. Luckily I do have a bike path right near by we can walk to for walks! If I have multiple dogs staying with me I do have the ability to separate them if necessary during eating, sleeping, or when I do run errands.
