“Jill was absolutely wonderful with Charlie and Bailey. She and her fur baby Roscoe made them feel at home. Jill was so helpful, flexible and caring with them. They were administered meds regularly, fed and cared for with great love. Her home was beautiful and very clean but still very conducive to pet care. She was in touch with pics and reports daily and they always looked happy and healthy. She lives very close so that was an extra convenience. I’m excited that we’ve found such a wonderful caregiver so close to home. We will definitely be coming back.”

I spoke with Kelsie several times prior to his boarding stay and we even had a preliminary visit. During his stay, she contacted me several times each day with picture and text updates. “All I can say is that Felix and her family did what I thought was impossible. They made me feel so comfortable that our dog was fine that I could enjoy my vacation. I was so happy to pick up my dog, thinking that she would be so excited to see me, but Felix did such a great job keeping my dog busy, that I think she misses them more than she missed me. Christine was AMAZING with my dog Lily & cat Lotus. We did an in person meet & greet with my dog at her house before booking the boarding with her, which was great. My girls got comfortable quick at her house and seemed to really enjoy their stay. Christine sent picture updates as well and was very communicative throughout the stay. She also was happy to accomodate all of their feeding needs & schedules. She was so flexible as well, which was greatly appreciated as traveling can often be stressful. The least stressful part of my trip was knowing my furbabies were safe & happy in Christine's care & her gorgeous house. We found Elizabeth at the last minute before our trip after searching for the perfect home to care for our Ozzy while we were away for two weeks. Because we were short on time, we weren’t able to schedule an overnight stay and instead arranged a meet-and-greet. From the moment we met Elizabeth and her family, we knew Ozzy would be in great hands. They were incredibly warm and welcoming, and their home was spotless. Most importantly, Ozzy immediately seemed comfortable and at ease, so we confidently booked his stay. While we were away, I unfortunately couldn’t access the Rover app, but Elizabeth made sure I stayed updated by sending daily text messages and photos—often multiple times a day. Seeing those updates brought me so much peace of mind and allowed me to enjoy our trip knowing Ozzy was happy and well cared for. When we returned to pick him up, Ozzy was excited to see us, but what happened next meant even more. After greeting us and giving us his hugs, he walked right back over to Elizabeth to say goodbye. Anyone who knows Ozzy knows that’s something he rarely does. That simple gesture spoke volumes about how loved, comfortable, and cared for he felt during his stay. Elizabeth, we are so grateful we found you and so thankful for the wonderful care you gave our Ozzy. Thank you for treating him like part of your family. Stephanie was a great dog sitter. we met her and her fur babies before Pluto stayed with her for 2 nights.She kept in touch with me with texts, photos and videos during his stay. I told Stephanie he was a fussy picky eater . She gave him different foods during his stay. She let me know what he liked while he was there. Pluto will stay with Stephanie again in the future. Our sweet girl was in great care while we were away. She enjoyed the company of the other dogs (who are so friendly) and was so loved by Lauren, Derrick and their two kids. She had all of her needs met and of course loved her playtime at their house. We now know who to ask in the future when we need services again.
Shea was great with Max. He took him for walks, made sure he was comfortable and sent updates with pictures. Max appeared to have a great time during his stay with Shea. I would definitely use him for his dog sitting services again. And I would definitely recommend him to others.
Money was an amazing sitter. She deserves 5vstars! She was kind, patient,understanding attentive, and loving towards my.dog. She asked in advance for instructions on how to care for our baby. I will be using her again for sure! Great first experience with Rover and I am sold!!
