Pet Paradise: Full-Time Sitter

NEUTERED OR SPAYED DOGS ONLY, PLEASE. Dogs boarding in our home must be neutered or spayed-NO EXCEPTIONS. This does not apply to dog walking or drop-in service at your home. PET SIZE: I prefer not to accept dogs weighing more than 25-30 lbs unless they have tiny dog experience. Our resident dogs and regular clients are intimidated by larger dogs. I can make an exception if your dog is a senior and low energy. A meet would be required to determine if it would be a good match. I AM A FULL TIME PET SITTER which means my sole focus is on pets, not another job. I take my responsibilities caring for animals very seriously. I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs. We have 3 seniors, a 16 year old Jack Russell-Chi mix, an almost 12 year old Jack-Russell-Beagle-Chi mix and an 8 year old Yorkie. They are social dogs who enjoy the company that comes from our regular boarding clients. MEET & GREETS: All dogs must attend a meet and greet here in our yard prior to boarding. Many dogs also benefit from attending 1 or more sessions of daycare prior to boarding. DOGGY PLAY TIME: Dogs who visit/board tend to like to play together running around the yard or wrestling in the house. Many are also just content to watch from the sidelines or enjoy some outdoor time and cuddling with each other and me. SPECIAL NUTRITIONAL NEEDS & DIETS: I am familiar with various health issues, diets and medications. I can ensure your pet only receives their own food/treats and has a secure and safe space to eat. SECURITY: In my previous profession I worked with vulnerable populations including young children, seniors and people with special needs therefore I have an extensive criminal background check including fingerprinting. I hope this extra measure of security puts you at ease when caring for your pets in my home or yours. DROP OFF & PICK UP TIMES: 8am-11:30am & 3pm-5pm Note it is generally better to drop off in the morning as it gives your dog the momentum of the day to help them adjust. This is true for regulars and newcomers. If you cannot drop off or pick up during this time frame you will need to schedule an additional day of boarding, however, I can make an exception on the timing if it works with the schedule on a particular day. LAUNDRY/CLEANING: $15 per day If your pet has an accident that requires extensive cleanup and/or laundry, a $15 fee will apply.

Stephanie was a great dog sitter. we met her and her fur babies before Pluto stayed with her for 2 nights. She kept in touch with me with texts, photos and videos during his stay. I told Stephanie he was a fussy picky eater . She gave him different foods during his stay. She let me know what he liked while he was there. Pluto will stay with Stephanie again in the future. My doggo looked like he had a great time! Stephanie was very great at communicating and sending me pictures and videos of him, and she made sure he assimilated well with the other dogs there! Will be returning

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stephanie Anne has been caring for our dog Archie for the past five years, and we couldn’t ask for a better sitter. Every time we travel, we leave Archie with complete peace of mind knowing he is in loving and capable hands. Her home truly feels like a second home for Archie — warm, safe, and full of positive attention. It’s like a well-run kindergarten for small, well-behaved dogs, where they are supervised, socialized, and cared for thoughtfully. Stephanie is also very experienced and knowledgeable in handling any issues that may arise, which gives us tremendous confidence. Most importantly, Archie is always happy to see her and comes home relaxed and well cared for. We are deeply grateful for the love and dedication she shows to Archie. We highly recommend Stephanie Anne to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring sitter. Ron D

Stephanie took excellent care of Monty, an 11 year old cockapoo. He was introduced to the other dogs (some permanent residents and others being boarded) to ensure he would be a good fit. He had some gastrointestinal issues and she provided him with a bland diet ( cost for food and clean up) to settle his stomach. She sent plenty of updates throughout his stay. Highly recommended if you have a senior dog. She understands their needs.

Safety, trust & environment

I am a full time pet sitter which means my sole focus is on pets, not another job. I take my responsibilities caring for animals very seriously. We have double gates similar to what you would see at a dog park to prevent dogs from escaping the yard. We rarely use our front door to prevent dogs/cats from dashing outside. We also utilize fence pens, playpens and gates to separate dogs during meal times. We also have crates if your dog is used to being crated.

Pets

A typical day

The yard has room for dogs to chase and wrestle, sniff and explore or lounge on the deck. I'm up for a game of fetch or tug, playing with other toys or simply relaxing if that's what is preferred.

0 to 15 lbs
16 to 40 lbs
Dogs over 1 year old
Spayed and neutered dogs only
No females in heat
Stephanie can host up to 4 pets per night
I'd like to know if your dog has recent experience boarding away from home, the typical potty and meal schedule, as well as preferences for handling. I am also interested in knowing if your dog is leash reactive or experiences separation anxiety, both of which are common. For cat care, I will need to learn their routine and want to know if they are friendly with most people, like petting/playing or if they hide under the couch, bed, etc.
