About: Hello fellow animal lovers ♥️ I have 14 years of experience with feral/indoor cats of all ages and different breeds. At 13 years old is when I began getting hands-on involved in animal care. During this time I volunteered at an animal hospital and with local pet rescues aiding in bringing strays back to good health and finding their forever families as well as fostering cats in my own home along with my fur baby Moon. There were a few dogs that I grew up with as a child, but I have not owned or taken care of any as an adult so I'm not too experienced in dog care but I am looking forward and excited to learn more about their different personalities and habits! As much as I love FUR babies I also have a passion for exotic animals. In my home we have a handful of reptile buddies that I care for with my partner and spend time with every day, such as bearded dragons, leopard geckos, snakes and even fish! Samantha was punctual, nice and sweet. She did a good job with our big dog for the first time. Unfortunately we did not establish beforehand that she would be bringing a guest with her into our house and I was just not comfortable that it wasn’t communicated upfront and not professional. Since walkers should all be background-verified before entering someone’s private property, not knowing in advance did not work for me as it was a liability and breech of trust for us. She is nice girl though I hope she can communicate that in the future to potentially have more repeat clients.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
