About: I've been an animal care giver ever since I was a child. We always had dogs, cats, rabbits, and hamsters! I've owned a Siberian Husky as an adult. I'm excited to treat your fur baby as my own! I am Cat and Dog First Aid Certified through the American Red Cross. I am available weekdays and weekends. I typically walk the dogs I'm sitting first thing in the morning after dropping my daughter off at school, around lunch, and before bed. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space for fun and exercise. Additionally, I have a 9 year old daughter who loves animals and is kind and gentle with the. No pets currently live in the home.
“Caitlin was great checking in on Violet. It was super last minute, so Violet was the only one that actually got to meet her in person. Even with a storm she gave me peace of mind that Violet would be checked on.”

“Hannah was a wonderful sitter! My shy girl warmed up to her by the second day and came out of hiding. That made me feel so much better being away and knowing that she wasn’t scared. Hannah communicated well and kept me updated, and she also did (what some may consider) minor things like opening the blinds for Purrkinje.💓”

About: Hi there! I'm Reagan, your pet's new best friend! 🐾 As a lifelong animal lover with 10+ years of experience caring for dogs, cats, and everything in between, I’m here to make sure your furry family member is happy, safe, and loved while you’re away. Reliable, responsive, and genuinely passionate about animals — I treat every pet like they’re my own. I can’t wait to meet you and your four-legged friend! As a military spouse, I’m looking for a fun and meaningful way to fill my time while providing loving care to pets in my community. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust caring for your pets, and I would love the opportunity to give them the attention, companionship, and love they deserve while you’re away! Unfortunately I am unable to do pet care in my own home at the moment due to apartment complex having pet policies to ensure residents and their pets a safe home.
“We loved having Rebecca watch our sweet pup. She was very communicative and sent lots of pictures which we appreciated! She always showed up when she was supposed to and was just great to deal with overall.”

About: I'm Toya, and caring for animals has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I've had pets my entire life and understand that they are much more than animals; they're family. I currently have three dogs, so I'm very familiar with the daily responsibilities that come with pet care, including feeding, walking, administering medications when needed, providing exercise, and giving pets the attention and affection they deserve. As a pet owner myself, I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for your pets while you're away. I treat every pet as if they were my own and strive to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free environment. Whether your pet needs companionship, playtime, walks, or simply someone to keep them comfortable while you're gone, I'm committed to making sure they receive the best possible care. My pets are a big part of my daily routine. Caring for my three dogs includes feeding, walks, playtime, grooming, and making sure they stay healthy and active. Because pet care has always been part of my life, providing consistent, loving care comes naturally to me. I will provide your pet(s) with the same level of care and attention that I give my own. In my clients' homes, I follow each pet's normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, exercise, playtime, medication, and plenty of companionship. My goal is to keep pets comfortable, reduce stress, and ensure they feel safe while their owners are away.
“Kelsey was available on short notice and took excellent care of our pupper. She communicates promptly and is very attuned to our dog's needs. We were so glad to have her keep our little guy company while we were traveling.”

“Autumn was absolutely wonderful with my dogs and they lived her! She even sent pictures updates while she was there. 10/10 would recommend to anyone and I'm excited about using here in the future!”

“Paige did a fantastic job taking care of our boys! We were gone for a few days, and she did the basics plus a lot more! Took our trash can out, watered the plants and let the boys out back for some recreation. I loved the fact that Paige is right around the corner. Will definitely use her again and she comes highly recommended!”

About: Ever since I was about 8 or 9 years old, I have been surrounded by animals. I can care for cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, lizards, fish, and turtles if need be. I am able to adapt to whatever pet care needs that are required for certain animals. I am usually available every day except for Mondays, and on Saturdays I am busy until 11:15 AM. So, I will have plenty of time to help take care of your pets. I do not have a fenced in front or back yard, but I am able to keep animals inside the house or go on walks if needed.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since early childhood. Between walking, feeding, and playing, I’ve cared for pups since I can remember. I have two mix breed babies at home. I am a writer with an 11 year old child. So taking your pets for a walk would be a nice break in my day! I have a large yard, and two medium sized fur dogs that love to play. I can also keep them separate if need be or even crate.
“I can't say enough nice things about Hannah, she is absolutely amazing! She watched my two elderly cats for two weeks, and did a fantastic job. I absolutely hate leaving them and typically worry the whole time I'm away, but after the meet and greet I knew they would be well cared for and safe. They both liked her immediately which is extremely rare for one of them. That same cat doesn't do well with being left, she's always extremely clingy and lethargic when we return home. This was the very first time, (and she's 13 years old) she seemed happy and unconcerned by our absence! It really showed how comfortable and secure she felt. Hannah is kind, professional, and quick to respond. I'd hire her again in a second!”

“Lilliana was absolutely amazing! Very communicative as she sent me pictures and updates every day. My pups loved her and she went out of her way to make sure they were well taken care of while we were gone. I 10/10 will be requesting her in the future”

“Sara is absolutely amazing. My pup had to go in for surgery unexpectedly not even a week before we left and Sara did amazing taking care of her wounds and caring for my pup ❤️ she immediately messaged me If something seemed out of the norm and was more than willing to look for/find things in the house to take care of my pup if needed. Thank you so much Sara! I will ALWAYS use her if I go out of town. No doubt.”

Kelsey was incredible with our cats and took great care of them. We got lots of pics of them being cuddled and cared for which made our trip better knowing we didn’t need to worry about them. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Grovetown. On Rover:
- 100% of sitters can help with special care needs
- 100% can help with giving oral medications or injections

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
