“Cassie is absolutely wonderful. She has a calm spirit and was great with my puppy. She's excited to see Cassie everytime we visit. I got pictures, video and even a little training for my puppy. If you're looking for someone professional and who will take great care of you dog, Cassie should be your first choice.”

“Terry is super thorough and communicative before booking & really wants to get to know your pup so they get the best care. My dog came home happy and tired, perfect!”

“Geraldine was extremely competent and made it easy for us to relax, knowing our senior dog was in good hands. She created a chart of Chloe’s needs from my notes and kept us updated on all of the important stuff! Very sweet and keeps a clean home. Will gladly book again :)”

“We drove down from Ohio for a graduation in GA and needed to find someone to care for our 1.5 year old golden doodle. We’ve never left her with anyone before and were a bit nervous, especially before 12 hours from home. We were so happy with Mary and Felix and the care they gave her. We appreciated the pictures of our sweet girl that they sent to us as well. We have another graduation next year and will be reaching back out to them again for sure when we are back in the state.”

“She was a very caring provider my puppy loves going to her day care .well taking care of always sent me pictures of my puppy of how is doing.i would definitely get her to watch him again”

“Mrs. Chelly and Mr. Joe are an absolute pleasure to be with! I can already tell that they are going to provide continuous top level care for my puppy while she’s with them. Absolutely going to be taking her back. Thank you Mrs. Chelly and Mr. Joe! I’ll be seeing y’all again very soon!”

About: I’ve had dogs my whole life, so caring for them comes very naturally to me. I have years of experience walking dogs in my neighborhood. I’d love the chance to get to know and care for your dogs too! When I was younger I volunteered with the Humane Society and also spent time fostering both dogs and cats whenever I could. Doing that has taught me a lot about caring for animals of all ages, and personalities. Senior dogs especially have my heart. My own dog lived to be 18 years old, so I understand the extra care, patience, and attention older dogs sometimes need. I also have experience caring for blind and hard of hearing dogs, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. No matter if your pet is young and energetic or a sweet senior, I’ll treat them like they’re my own and make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and care while they’re with me! I currently just moved here, I’m available full time everyday to care for your pet at my home! They will get endless love and attention from me I have a fenced yard and two small dogs of my own, one is very playful! If your dog is used to walks I can also take them for walks in my neighborhood.I’ve also pet sat for several families back in my hometown and love caring for dogs. I have a small covered area where my dogs can go potty, helping keep them safe from hawks and coyotes. Your dog’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority. Dogs are treated like family in my home. They’re welcome on the furniture and can sleep on the bed if that’s what they’re used to. Your pup will get lots of love, attention, and care while they’re with me!
“Brandi did a great job with Rocky. It was his first time with a sitter and I was very apprehensive about how well he would settle in. He ate, pottied, played, napped and had a good time. Brandi communicated throughout the day and really made me feel more comfortable that she was taking good care of him. I would not hesitate to book with her again. Thank you Brandi.”

About: I have had dogs most my life. As an adult, I have had 3 pit bulls and a cane corso. Between them, I am very familiar with medical needs, puppies, and elderly dogs. Before children, my husband and I fostered bully breeds. Currently, I have been dog sitting on Rover for over a year. I understand the struggle with finding quality dog sitters that meet your pets needs. I hope I can provide you comfort in knowing your dog will be treated like family when in my care. I am currently available for drop in visits and daily walks. I currently have 2 dogs and 2 boys. Our backyard is about an half an acre that is completely fenced in. I am comfortable with dogs roaming the house and being crated. I have an XL crate in the home that is available to keep your pet safe. There is also a mudroom that can be used for dogs to have their own space if needed. We are an active family that enjoys being outdoors. I am a SAHM with flexibility in my schedule to accommodate dogs routine. I enjoy taking daily walks. We have a fenced in backyard to allow to the dogs to run around and play. With my 2 personal dogs, there is always someone willing to play.
“We were in town for a funeral and very thankful to find Kail on Rover. He and his wife took excellent care of our big fur baby. They have a lovely property they took him on a walk and he got to play with their dog. On our 3 hour car ride back home he was actually tuckered out enough to curl up and go to sleep (instead of pestering to have the window down on a hot July day). Very thankful Kail could help us in this time of need.”

“Ms Kim always takes excellent care of my girls. They are puppies, with lots of energy and my schedule is not always reliable to be the same. She is great to work with and provides open communication about the status of my fur babies. Peanut and Dot love daycare days! 🐾”

About: I'm frequently doing outdoor activities with my dogs. I've had dogs for over 15 years. Bolt I found in the side of the road and he’s been a wonderful addition to the pack (I’m a foster failure 🤷🏼♀️)! Rollo I met at a dog path with his former owner and I happily took him in when I was asked to adopt him. If your dog is a runner, so am I! We are a very active group, but are happy to lay around and snuggle if that’s your dog’s preference too. I am flexibly available. I am a military Officer. I've had great luck securing care for Rollo and Bolt in this app and just want to share that with others as well. My goal is to make sure your dog is just as happy with me as he or she is with you because that’s what I want for my two babies when I go away. Shoot me a message, and let's make a date to introduce our dogs! I am currently searching for new employment, and thought I’d activate my account again for extra cash. I am always doing things with my two dogs - dog parks, walks, outdoor play/lounging, chicken tending, gardening and more! I love doing everything I can with my dogs. I have ten acres with a run attached to a tree in my back yard. There’s a sprinkler for your dog to play in, if that’s their thing - and because we have chickens here, you’ll fur-baby will also get a raw fresh egg with breakfast if you approve. I am happy to care for senior dogs as long as they appear happy and aren’t 💩ing everywhere in my house.
“Jessica is great! My dog loves going to play the other dogs while I work l, went to schoool at night or boarding while on vacation leaving the island. My dog is a repeat client and has been since day 1 dog sitting.”

Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
