About: I've had dogs of all sizes and ages since childhood. My husband faithfully walks the dogs at least once a day. We have two small dogs who love to play and run. We would love to have your dogs here with us well-taken care of while you are away! Tessa is a stay-at-home mom who occasionally babysits or subs at school. If we accept your reservation, she will be here at home to take care of the dogs as needed. We have a fully fenced yard. We usually leave our doggie window open except in extreme weather, so your dog can go in and out as desired. We have a dachshund mix and a shiz tsu/ poodle who would love to keep your dog company

About: I've taken care of dogs (of various breeds) since I was in middle school. I have done short-term and long-term care both out of my house or going over to the owner's house. I am a very calm and reassuring person and have worked with both young and elder dogs. I am a recent graduate who is currently applying to post-graduate programs and jobs, so I have great flexibility in my schedule when I am not helping my grandmother with errands or volunteering at Greendale Elementary (on Tuesday and Thursday mornings). I can do any weekday besides Wednesday afternoons. I can do most times on the weekends unless I have a prior engagement planned. I can do Christmas/Winter Break, but I will be away for Thanksgiving this year. I have a fenced-in yard and have plenty of room for housing your pet as there are no other pets in the house currently. The neighborhood is very safe and has walking paths for walking pets. I am also happy to drop in or stay at your home if that is more comfortable for your pet (or you)!

I needed a last minute sitter for a trip and it was seamless getting a meet and greet scheduled. The meet and greet was quick, and my pup and I felt comfortable right away. It was a no brainer to accept her as our sitter. She sent photos throughout the day and informed me of any and everything that happened. You can really tell that this is not her first rodeo with dogs or humans because everything was so easy. While at daycare, my plans changed and I needed to board my pup for the night. So I asked and my request was granted within a few minutes. Alexcis is really phenomenal at was she does so when I’m in Augusta again, she will be my go-to sitter if she’s available. So, If you’re deciding between her and someone else, choose Alexcis. My main concern when I put my pup in the care of someone else is if my timid pup will be okay and she was comfortable immediately. About: I’m the type of person that if I see someone handing out free puppies or if I see a lost dog, I’ll be taking them home. I’ve always had such empathy for animals, that on multiple occasions I have done this. For example, last year there was a man handing out free puppies outside of a petco. I almost immediately took him home. The feeling of taking him and giving him a bath, food, and water was so rewarding. I’ve since realized I love working with animals and wish to continue my work. I would absolutely love to help you out with watching your pet while you’re away. I’m currently a college student. I only have classes on Mondays and Wednesday’s, but anytime after class I’ll be able to dedicate my time to your pet. In my home, I have one dog of my own, and I have a fenced in yard. My dog loves to swim, so if yours does too I’m happy to watch them while they swim. I’ve had a lot of experience with crates so I’m equipped to handle them. No matter what, I just want your pet to be safe and comfortable while you’re away!
