About: My services include the basic outside time and feeding times, but leave room for walks, baths, and lots of playtime at the pet owner's discretion. I've worked with animals for over 20 years, have learned basic training techniques, been a pet/farm sitter for several families, and have dealt with a variety of breeds (and sizes + ages). Currently, I am living between the Athens, GA area as well as the Augusta, GA area and am happy to accept clients in both regions! I graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Animal Science and have decided that I want to devote my life to working with animals. Heading on vacation? Need a dog walker? Let's chat and see if we'll be a good fit! If you're a new client, I'd love to set up a time to meet prior to booking. I'm looking forward to getting to know you and your four-legged friend(s)! __________ Why do I love pet sitting? I've been a dog-lover my entire life. I grew up with cats, and decided that for my 16th birthday I wanted a dog instead of a car. I grew up volunteering at the local CSRA Humane Society - from dog walking to helping the vet tech there, my love for animals grew. It’s where I adopted my first dogs, Lorraine and MJ. It's my passion for animals that then led me to study Animal Science in college, and through my studies, I gained valuable experience with a variety of species. I am happy to watch your dogs, cats, horses, goats, chickens, reptiles, and the like! Do I have experience administering medication? Yes; I have spent several years working alongside a vet tech, and have become comfortable administering a variety of medications and treatments. Providing top-quality animal care is my priority! I work full time as a pet + farm sitter as well as do some freelance work on the side. My schedule is flexible depending on the needs of your pets. I do not provide care in my home at this time. Care will be dependent upon the environment of the location in which I am providing my services.

About: I have always had at least two dogs in the house, everything from Golden Retrievers to Great Danes. I have also been dogsitting for friends for the past few years, including walking, feeding, and playing around with them for days at a time. I am a freshman college student, so I am happy to watch dogs around my class schedule. Currently, I am only taking classes on Mondays and Wednesdays, so I am available any other day. While I am there, I normally let the dogs out and play around for a little while, or take them for a walk. I will make sure any messes they make are clean, and that they have a clean and tidy area. I fill up their water, feed them, and give them any medications or treats they may need. I am happy to do anything you need me to do for your fur baby! I will also give you regular updates, and I will keep your number on standby should anything happen.

About: I absolutely love playing and taking care of animals. I grew up around animals since I was born. Any job required will get done and you will be more than satisfied with my services. I can help potty train, help with tricks, bathe the animal (if you want), & keep them happy during my visit with them or their visit with me in my home. I absolutely don’t like animal abuse so I will not hurt your love one or hit them for their mistake. I simply take care of the issue (ex: using bathroom in the house) by knowing to take them out every so often. I’m very nice and will take care and love on your pet(s) as if they were my own! Overall, please book me early in advance as my schedule can fill up. I also take care of your home as it’s my own and can help with watering plants, making sure trash goes out, getting the mail everyday and I will clean up my area when I stay at your house. I want to make you feel better when you turn home and have to do as little work as possible. I’m currently a college student onto becoming a nurse. I have plenty of time on my hand to accommodate your needs for your sweet pets I currently have a fenced in yard and have two smaller pups. One is more a senior so she’s constantly in bed but the other one has full energy and loves to be friendly with another pups to play with.

About: I treat every dog like family. I’ve had years of hands on experience, not just watching other people’s dogs but raising and caring for my own. From young puppies to senior dogs, I understand how to tune in each dogs unique routine. I’ve sat for friends, neighbors, and family over the years, building trust through reliability and friendliness. Whether it’s long walks or belly rubs, I’m here to make your dog feel happy and safe while you’re away. I start each day caring for my own dogs, making sure they get fed, walked, and plenty of exercise catering for their own needs. And whenever I am taking care of someone else’s dog I make to plan everything around them so they get the love and care that they need. I know how important it is to give animals the attention they need to feel safe and happy. When pets stay in my home I make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I maintain a clean and safe environment that caters to their every need. When in a clients home I make sure to respect their space and stick to the instructions provided to me. I also make sure to keep clients updated with photos and messages so they know their pet is happy and well cared for.

“Devin is Awesome! She is great at communicating & showing the kind of love our furbabies deserve. Our Sweet Bella loves her friend, Devin & their walks.”

About: I have been taking care of dogs for a large portion of my life. I have taken care of various sized dogs and have enjoyed them all from the smallest chihuahua to the largest Great Dane! I recently graduated from graduate school and am studying for my licensure exam. This gives me lots of flexibility in my schedule and makes it very easy for me to spend time with your doggo! I have taken care of various types of animals which has required me to become comfortable with being able to crate pets as well as administer oral medications for both dogs and cats. For the animals that like a little extra loving, I’m always willing to cuddle up and provide some TLC!

About: I recently received my Pet Sitter Certification from IAP Career College and have over ten years of experience working professionally with animals. From 2011 until 2013 I entered the pet services industry as a volunteer at the CSRA Humane Society. The Humane Society is the only non-profit no kill shelter in our community. While volunteering, I would visit and play with both the cat and dog residents. My duties at the Human Society consisted of giving tours of the facility, assisting with donations, walking and brushing the cats and dogs, and catching the staff up on washing food and water bowls. From 2013 until 2014, they hired me as a cat caretaker, in which left me in charge of taking care of almost 200 cats at any given time. I left the Humane Society to start pet sitting for friends and family members. I have experience in taking care of a variety of dog and cat breeds. I began doing home visits and drop-ins in 2015 and have since added overnight stays to my list of services. My pet customers love me and I care for them as I care for my own. I have made pet care a full-time job and will book only the number of pets I can see in one day in order to stay on schedule. I am also flexible so that I can meet the needs of my clients. I can be counted on to always be on time which I think is important to keep the pets I serve on their routine. Trust is important and I am very honest and trustworthy. Before working with a pet I like to learn what it is the owner would like for me to do if keeping the pet in his or her own home and the safety precautions I should be aware of. I am also very up front and honest and can be relied on to do the job the way it needs to be done. I also have no problem letting my client know if the ability to work with a pet with special needs or care is outside my scope of knowledge. I ask my clients to keep a list of emergency numbers (such as Veterinarian) when I am on an overnight pet sitting stay. When taking pets for a walk, I always keep a portable water bowl and bottled water with me to keep the pet hydrated while being active. I am not certified in CPR, but my goal is to be certified within the next 3 months.

I will always provide a leash and water for the walks as well as being sure to keep your neighborhood clean! I always pick up after your pups!

About: I have grown up around dogs and cats my whole life! I have a dog and a cat of my own, I love them like they are my children! I am always helping my family out either their pets, whether it be dropping in to check on them or helping them get a bath, I enjoy it either way! I’m currently working, but will make plenty of time to care for and play with your pets! I am available mostly weekends for dog sitting and dog walking! I will treat your pets just like they are my own! I am very familiar with crates and some training techniques! I love taking animals on walks and making sure they get the exercise that they need!

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats my entire life. I have either had my own or helped neighbors and family with theirs. I have had to do things like feed, walk and play with peoples pets both while they were out of town and while they had a busy work schedule. It is something I genuinely enjoy. I currently have a work from home job that allows me to work with pets most days and most times - i have a very flexible routine because of this. I do have two cats at home so care in my home would pose difficulties. I would mostly want to care for them in your home so they feel most comfortable too!

About: Have always been an animal lover, growing up with dogs, cats, birds, guinea pigs, fish etc! I love interacting with, caring for & spending time with dogs & hope I can be a trustworthy & friendly help to your pet too! It’s important for me that your dog is comfortable whether it’s just a walk or spending some time with them while you’re away! I’ll bring treats, cuddles & a positive attitude to my time with them ☺️.

About: I have been taken care of my families my dog for many years I am especially good with body language because I studied American Sign Language in college for four years My time is flexible. I would be able to meet you virtually anytime. With a preference of 10pm -6pm. But I am open to early, later times, and weekends. I do my best to acknowledge how an animal may be feeling, and I try to give them space to explore and feel comfortable. 12. Larissa H.
“The behavior of Larissa's own dog speaks volumes about her qualifications as a caregiver. When her dog was only a year old, he was one of the most well behaved and gentle dogs I've ever seen and he continues to mature into such a great furry friend that is a pleasure to be around. Larissa did a great job training him and I'm certain she would be as responsible and loving with any other dog. She loves animals and works to try to understand what motivates their behavior in order to work with each individual animal. And it would be difficult to find a more responsible person - if Larissa says she will walk or care for your dog at a certain time, you can 100% count on her showing up and focusing on the job of taking care of your pet! I would leave my pets in her care any time!!!”

15. Brandt W.
“I’ve known Brandt all of his life. He is honest, trustworthy and loves animals. He stayed at my house with my dog for two nights in July 2021. Before I left town, Brandt came over to meet my dog and get familiar with his routine. He wanted to make sure he pronounced my dog’s name correctly and asked me to leave my vet’s information on hand. While I was away, he sent me pictures of my pup to let me see that they had made fast friends. He was very flexible and even agreed to stay an extra night with very little notice. Great experience all around!!”
