About: I love all animals and grew up with dogs, both rescues, one big one small. Although I don’t have a pet of my own now, Rover gives me the chance to give care and spend time with the furry friends that give us unconditional love. I’m currently working freelance so I have the flexibility of making my own schedule, and time to spend giving attention to your pets and whatever needs they have. I know how important it is for pets to feel safe in their own space. My first priority is to make your dog or cat feel comfortable with me.

I’ve been around dogs since I was 3 years old, starting with my Cocker Terrier mix, who was my best friend for 20 years. Since then, I’ve cared for & trained a variety of breeds, from tiny Yorkies to huge German Shepherds & all the shapes & sizes in between. I’ve developed an uncanny ability to form quick bonds so dogs feel at ease quickly with me in their pack. I’m patient, & super comfortable getting even the most timid dogs to warm up in no time. I have a safe neighborhood house with a fully fenced backyard for all the sniffing & zoomies time they could ask for. During drop-in visits or walks at your home, I follow routines closely, maintaining your pet’s schedule & environment while giving them all the attention they need to burn energy & feel happy. About: Caring for pets has been my main job for about 8 years now. I’ve always had an immense love for dogs and other animals and make sure to care for each one the same way I would for my own. I like to stay active and love playing outside or especially walks. I will go as fast or slow as your dog wants! I also of course love to just chill and give pets. About: Since I was in my teens I have lived a life with pets - both dogs and cats, and it has been such a rewarding journey so far! I have had two rescue dogs, a collie mix and a beagle, and they had my whole heart. I currently have a multi-cat household, and do TNR in my neighborhood where I can to help the outdoor stray cats. I have also rehomed multiple cats with the help of local rescue groups to ensure a long happy kitty life. Currently, I spend a great deal of time with my best buddy Rocco, an 8 year old black lab. I have experience with small dogs, medium sized dogs and large dogs and honestly enjoy them all the same! I also have experience with cats of all ages, from bottle feeding kittens to 18 year old seniors, and am comfortable giving any medications to dogs or cats as well. I know my way around all kinds of personalities and ages, whether it be those that want to play or those that need a slow, gentle walk and some extra attention. I have also been working with the same vet for 20+ years that can attest to my care and love for animals. I will treat every pet like my own - patient, attentive, and genuinely happy to spend time with them. Being around animals - that's my happy place. My hours at work have changed which allows me to be available Monday-Friday 11am-3pm. I'm available for walks, drops ins for potty breaks while you're at work, or to check on your kitties if you'll be gone longer than you'd like to be. Lots of time for playing with your furry family members! I would be happy to come to your home and treat it and your pets with respect and care. My personal cats are all fixed and up to date on shots, however I took in a stray girl last winter who is very scared of everything. I think it's best to let her rule the house and come to visit yours at your homes where they are most comfortable.

About: Hi! My name is Amalie & I won’t charge an arm and a leg for additional pets :) I’m the daughter of a parent who owned a pet sitting business since I was 4. Due to this, I spent my formative years around all types of animals including dogs, cats, bunnies, snakes, rats, hamsters, chickens and plenty more! Starting in high school my mom‘s clients began asking if I could care for their animals when my mom wasn’t available, especially for overnights and I absolutely loved it. Additionally, I have experience fostering animals through the rescue we got our fur babes from. This, along with having pets growing up, has provided me with a wealth of experience. I have experience with reactive dogs, training techniques, med administration and more. I continued petsitting in college to earn some extra money, and I can’t let it go because I just love pets too much. It also prevents me from adopting too many pets than I can manage, I already have 3 🫣. Sorry for all the bird parents out there, I won’t care for birds as I am afraid of them. 🙃 I work from home the majority of the time so I have plenty of flexibility to give your pets the care and attention they need! I work from home 90% of the time so my schedule is very flexible! I may run home once a day to give my dogs a walk while my husband is at work. I am happy to to stay in your home to keep your pets company and give them lots of attention! All I need is the Wi-Fi password to allow me to work. :)
