About: I have had cats and dogs around since I was a child. I have been boarding for almost 2 years, and walking/doing check-ins for nearly 8 years. I started out doing walks to help fill my want for pets. But now that I have two of my own, I realized this is something I really love doing and it is always a joy to meet other peoples' fur babies. In my home, I do have one other dog who LOVES to play and gets along with every animal and human he meets. I have a scaredy cat, and a handful of kiddos who I have taught animal etiquette to since they were all babies. We have cared for the smallest dogs to the largest. We have had older dogs, puppies, dogs recovering from surgery, and females in heat (although not at the moment until our puppy is fixed). We love your babies like they are our own, and love to be able to take them with us if we ever go on any adventures while they are here (of course, with permission!) I am a stay at home mom, so I am home the majority of the day to care for any animals in my home. My kids are AMAZING with animals, as I have taught lots of animal etiquette over the years caring for animals -- and now that we have our own fur babies too. In my home, we just treat your fur babies like one of our own. We give them lots of attention, play time, walk time, etc. I also incorporate your schedules with ours (ie feeding, etc). If there are any special requests, I fulfill those needs. When I go to a clients home, I respect everything around me and be as gentle and careful as to make sure that the fur babies are comfortable with me in their home.

About: Hello! I’m Marcella A and I’m currently going to cnm, majoring in veterinary medicine. My passion is to be a voice to those who can’t speak for themselves. This volunteer work at my job shadow (on resume) has given me hands-on experience handling different animal breeds and understanding the deep emotional bond between pets and their owners. I observed a cat surgery, the importance of aftercare and recovery. I’ve studied a Certified Veterinary Technologies performing a venipuncture safely. Growing up I had a lot of animals ranging from snakes, gerbils, hamsters, birds to cats and dogs. In a sense it taught me a lot of responsibility at a young age. I’ve had years of experience understanding the right diet/nutrition, structured hygienic health, behavioral patterns/management and medication needed for fuzzy friends! No furry companion is too big or too small to provide dietary/nutritional feeding times, potty breaks, midday check-ins, local dog walks, structured hygiene, health tracking & emergency preparedness! About: I’ve always had a variety of pets in my house. Growing up my family cared for dogs, turtles, fish, hamsters, frogs, hermit crabs, and chickens. We never owned a cat because my mom is allergic to them but since I moved in with my auntie during university, I have lived with one and have loved it! With my grandma, we currently have 6 dogs! We had two (a chihuahua mixed with poodle and another mixed dog) who are the parents of the other four. I was the only one in my house present when my doggy gave birth to all her babies and I was more than excited to be there with her :) I’m a full-time university student at NMSU. I made this account because I plan to be available everyday during my breaks. This might change for a couple of days but I’m not sure yet. Since I will be on break I also plan to be available nights and weekends. My dogs are family dogs and live outside. I don’t have a house of my own but live with my grandma and mom along with my three siblings and one cousin. The dogs are cared for amongst all family members.

About: Now serving the greater Albuquerque Area! To all of my Utah clients, I miss your pups 💜 I moved to Albuquerque in September 2023. When I moved to Utah, by myself, in January 2023, I got lonely and craved animal connection, so I began with Rover. It has been such a great thing in my life. I hope to continue my services in New Mexico. I now have 2 pups of my own, but my partner cares for them when I am sitting. I will never bring them to a sit unless prior meeting and permission of the owners. Bloopers and Scub are young, big, lover boys with a lot of energy. They LOVE other dogs. Sophie, my senior pup, had to be put down before I moved to Utah. I cared for her heart and kidney failure for 3 years. I am experienced with senior pups and can handle all the way down to puppies, too. I love cats. I am also a trained bird handler. I have pet sit for my professors and coworkers before, from hunting lab puppies to senior Maltese. Since moving to Utah at the beginning of the year, I have house sat, done drop-ins, and walks. I have house sat for all kinds of pups from labs to yorkies, goldendoodles to bulldogs. I work a very flexible full-time, telework option, job. I can check/walk in morning, lunch, dinner and through the night if needed. Week days and weekends. I have extensive experience giving pets drugs and other heath needs. About: I had a lot of cats and dogs growing up, and I was the neighborhood dog sitter basically from the time I could ride a bike until I left for college. I know for many people today their pets are a furry part of the family, so I would treat them with the same love and care I give my cats and dobies, and make sure your animals are genuinely cared for while you are away.
