My background in animal care began in high school when I was a dog sitter for local families during the summer while they were on vacation, and from there my passion grew! About: I am a veterinary assistant that has been taking car of pet for at least 9 years. I started pet sitting for my family and neighbors pet. Then I whent to the pound walking and helped in the clinic. Then I became a veterinary assistant to help more animals. I am currently working full time 10 hour shifts with 3 days off a week. So I have 3 days to focus all my time with your pets. I have a full fenced yard. I have 1 lovely dog that is friendly and get along with other dogs. I also have a crate if you would like me to use that.

About: My name is Julia! I’m new to Rover but not new to dog sitting! I have a dog named Dixie. Dixie is a Miniature Australian Shepherd and loves to play! We love to do everything together including car rides, going to the park, stores, walks, games, and enrichment activities! I have raised dogs my whole life but now I have Dixie. I am a huge worrier about leaving my dog with someone so I understand how important it is to have a safe place for your dog while you work or have vacations and that’s what I’m here for! I think it’s important to give dogs their best life possible 🤍 All dogs must be up-to-date on their flea and heartworm medicine. For Daycare: I currently work full time. I am off on Tuesdays so I can take some bookings on Tuesdays. I am pretty open on the weekends. When I go out, I bring Dixie everywhere with me, so I can bring yours too! For Boarding: I can take dogs for boarding, however on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays your dog would have to be crated for about 3-4 hours in the afternoon since no one will be home. Saturday and Sunday boarding I would be home all day! I have a fenced yard with certain areas blocked off that Dixie or other dogs should not go into. My gate is locked. I walk Dixie once or twice a day and play outside with her. I hangout inside when it’s hot out and play inside the house! I always make sure there is water and of course plenty of treats available!

About: I’ve grown up with numerous dogs throughout my entire life. I also love spending time with and caring for other animals including cats, reptiles, horses and other farm animals. I worked for a year at a doggy daycare and boarding facility where I would watch over sometimes 20+ dogs at a time. I have dog sat and walked before on Wag! and through family friends. I’ve learned a lot about body language and positive feedback based basic training. I’ve cared for many pets including my own of all ages and who have suffered with various medical conditions and treatment plans. Most of all I just love to love on animals 🙂‍↕️🫶🏻 I’m currently just doing side gigs and focusing on making art throughout my days. I have no hard limits on availability and would love to work with you to fit you and your pets’ schedule! I have a fenced yard with 3-4 dogs at my semi permanent residence. I will mostly reside in a hotel going forward so will not be offering services at my home. I have a Lexus Rx-350 that I’m willing to transport pets in at the owners discretion and with correct safety precautions.

I offer a doggie pool for summer splashes, a ball launcher for endless fetch, and a variety of toys to keep tails wagging. If your pup needs a kennel when left alone, I have two here so you won’t need to bring your own. My home comfortably accommodates up to four dogs at a time, so your furry friend will have plenty of company without feeling crowded. Whether it’s playtime, cuddles, or a safe space to relax, I treat every dog like my own—because to me, they are family. I currently work 8-5 and take the dogs out during my lunch! I have a big backyard and one friendly house dog that are always looking for new friends ☺️ There’s also a doggy pool outside for them to cool down in the summer. The pets are allowed free range of the house (as long as they are house broken) and the backyard. I feed my dog twice a day and give them dental sticks once daily, but will follow the feeding/grooming/walking routines your dog is used to.
