It’s very hard to find someone you can trust with your fur baby, especially through an app. I covered all the questions I could ask before making the decision. Katya is everything and more, and that’s saying a lot because I feel like my puppy can definitely be a handful at times (or maybe even dealing with me as the pet parent?-haha). That being said, she is someone I would trust leaving my dog with, and will continue booking with her again.
Sirius seems to be very content. Serana took him for a nice walk and kept him comfortable during record NYC heat. He is happy to be home but not stressed or anxious. Which tells me he had a nice peaceful day. Location was easy to get to from the Belt Parkway. Nice neighborhood. Plenty of shady trees. Easy to park for drop off and pickup. Apartment was street level so would be good for dogs that don’t like stairs

Ziwei was awesome! It was my first time using a dog daycare, and it was a great experience all around. She took amazing care of my pup, Lucas, and kept me updated throughout the day with pictures and videos. I let her know I might be running late for pickup, and she was super accommodating and told me it would be totally fine. Luckily I made it on time, but knowing she was flexible was such a relief. Her quick replies and friendly communication really put me at ease. I felt totally comfortable leaving Lucas with her and will definitely be booking again soon!
