“Jessica was fantastic with providing clear communication, including updates, photos, and how our pupper was doing! Very pleasant experience and would recommend/have again in the future.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Arin! Quick replies, very professional and friendly meet and greet, detailed updates and photos, and just general love for my dood! 10 out of 10 do recommend!”

“Liz was incredible with our older dog. She was always there on time, even early during his morning visits. She brought treats and sent so many adorable photos of how well he was doing while we were away. I would absolutely use Liz again in the future. What a gem!”

“Jeff did a great job watching my two cats, making sure they got their food, meds, and lots of snuggle time or just time with some company. He was very responsive, was respectful of all my requests - including a bit of a crazy food/med routine - and I could tell my cats really bonded with him and were happy to see him. It's always such a relief knowing your pets are being well cared for while you're away!”

“Mallory went above and beyond for our senior bunny. She obviously knows her way around small animals and was very understanding of his grouchy temperament with a new person in his space. She got him to warm up to her in just a few visits and she did extra cleaning around the house that was not required. We loved coming home to a clean home and a happy bunny”

“Ashley pampered Bella as if she were her surrogate mom. The updates with pics were greatly appreciated. If your pet craves tlc and attention, Ashley is highly recommended.”

“Chloe rocks! Our first time using a pet sitting service for our cat and Chloe made the whole experience super easy and stress-free. Made our vacation so much nicer not having to worry about anything as knew we could trust our cat in her care. Highly recommend :)”

“Kristen is a gem of a person and so attentive to our dog, Skye. She sends lots of updates and pictures and is also very funny. She is great to work with and I totally trust her with our furbaby.”

“Erin was great with our dogs and very attentive to their needs. We have 2 dogs, 1 old and the other is crazy, she handled both with ease. We’d request her again and recommend her services!”

“Jordan is quite possibly the best pet sitter ever. My cats are always so calm when I come home; you can tell she really spends time with them and cares for them. We always use her whenever we’re out of town”

“Kaylee was amazing! Last minute we needed a sitter for our dog and she was super responsive and fit us in on a busy holiday weekend. We had a meet and greet and my dog was immediately attached to her! She sent pictures with each visit and kept us updated on how our dog was doing! She was really the best! I will book with her again in the future 😊”

“Alexander was awesome! My silly, hyper pup warmed up to him well and he made sure my big oy was taken care of without any deviations from our routine. I will be planning on booking Alexander soon!”

About: I was born and raised with pets in the home all my life including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits and fish. I have a rescue German short-haired pointer/blue heeler mix who I have had for about 8 years and she is my everything. I have pet sitted dogs such as Golden Retrievers, Mini Chihuahuas, Huskies and Boxers in the past for family, friends and neighbors, from puppies to seniors. I consider myself to be very detail-oriented and intuitive, and will make sure that your pet is spoiled and treated just like my own (who is my child). I’m currently available during the weekdays and weekends for sitting, drop-ins and walks. I am not currently working at the moment so I have a flexible schedule. My dog has free range in my home (her bed and the couch are her favorite spots), but am comfortable with crating, using pee pads and baby gates if need be, whatever your routine is!

“Kay was a fantastic help and super communicative. I really appreciated all of the notes and photos taken while we were away from our two cats and never stressed once about how they were doing. I would highly recommend Kay to anyone looking for a cat sitter!”

“I’ve had Audrina come sit for my cats two times and she’s been great each time! She’s very respectful and responsive of our cats needs. I can rest assured when I’m away and I know my cats are in good hands.”

“This was our first Rover experience and Virginia was a perfectly wonderful pet sitter for our cat, Fergus. She came by to meet him ahead of time, sent lots of photos and videos while we were away and, above all, made us feel very comfortable leaving him in her pet-loving hands. We would recommend Virginia highly and hope to find the opportunity to have her help again soon!”

About: “Good enough” care isn’t good enough for your pet. You deserve someone who communicates, follows through, and doesn’t treat your pet like a side hustle. Someone invested in keeping your pet safe, happy, and stress-free while you’re away. And the experience to do it even in unexpected circumstances. As the pet parent to a medical fragile dog myself, I know how hard it is to trust a stranger with the furry members of your family. I’m a lifelong dog person and a first-time Rover-er, but not new to responsible, informed care. I have hands-on experience and professional training in leash skills, fear-free methods, enrichment, and working with anxious, spicy, or high-energy pups. I work from home and have a flexible weekday schedule. I’m fully available for walks and drop-ins Monday through Friday before 4pm. I also have some evening and weekend availability (just check the calendar). Once we’ve gotten to know each other, I do offer house sitting and boarding for existing clients who need ongoing support. These days I live with a clingy rescue pit and the occasional foster dog. I volunteer regularly at RACC, walking dogs of every size, breed, and temperament—from skittish lapdogs to 100-lb giants trying to live out their sled-dogs fantasies. I’ve completed training in dog handling and behavior, and I have plenty of experience with pups who need a little extra patience, skill-building, or positive-reinforcement structure. Whether your dog needs routine and predictability, leash training, desensitization, enrichment, or just a cozy check-in and some companionship, I tailor care to fit them (and you). Communication is a big deal to me You’ll always know how things are going, and yes, there will be photo updates. Possibly too many. You’ve been warned. If you’re looking for someone who shows up, tunes in, and gives your dog the love they deserve while you’re away. I’m your person. Can’t wait to meet your good boy or girl (or little menace with a personal vendetta against the Amazon driver). I work part-time with a lot of weekday flexibility, especially before 4 pm. Some evening and weekend availability too. If possible, I'd love to meet your pup before we become best friends. Your dog’s care is always tailored to their personality, needs, and your preferences. If they thrive on routine, we’ll stick to their neighborhood route like clockwork. If they need leash practice, we’ll focus on skills. If they need more mental stimulation, I’ve got enrichment exercises, training games, and treat puzzles ready to go. If your dog needs exposure and socialization, we can head to a public park for controlled distance desensitization and positive reinforcement. And if they’ve got energy to burn, we’ll hit the trails for a hike that leaves us both happily exhausted. For drop-in visits, I can keep things chill or playful but always structured. I’m happy to work on crate manners, polite doorway exits, and other small habits that make a big difference. Or we can just hang out. Cuddles (if that’s their vibe), companionship, a good sniff around the yard, and a reminder that even when you’re away, someone still loves them a lot. Safety is always my top priority. Your dog will never be off-leash outside the home, and they’ll always be supervised, even if we’re just doing yard zoomies or sunbathing like royalty.

“My sheepdoodle is quite the nervous nelly and also high energy. It makes me so relieved that Brittany is patient to earn her trust and wear her out at the same time! She always goes above and beyond thinking about my docs needs and communicating with me. She has so much experience and even corrects her bad behavior with treats and gentle commands. Your pet will be in good care with Brittany!”
Gravel Hill pet parents share their Rover experiences
Abigail was stellar as always! We are always so happy when she can come in to check on our two cats! She always spends time getting them to play (or to at least make an appearance). She's flexible, friendly, dependable, and we highly recommend her as a kitty checker-inner.

Emily was amazing! She was very communicative and FaceTimed with us before we left to make us comfortable. She sent us great pictures and was able to get our very shy cat to love her. Highly recommend if you want someone to care about your cats like they are their own!

Katharine was wondering!!!! She went above and beyond her task. She even accommodated me adding a couple of days last minute. She was very caring and I can tell that my dog really likes her. I was able to have totally peace of mind on my trip. I definitely recommend Katharine and rebook her.

Joy is such a wonderful pet sitter! I was so relieved when joy accepted to pet drop in on my hound and cats. Very attentive and responsive. Loves spending time with animals and is a comfort to have looking after your pets! Perfectly on time and doesn't over stay. I trust her 100% with my fur babies. Absolutely will be booking again!

Kiera was wonderful. She bonded quickly with Cary and she would greet Kiera at the door with her “purr engine” humming. I really appreciated the pictures that she sent. I highly recommend Kiera. Her love of all animals is quite apparent. I don’t often leave on trips, but Kiera is at the top of my list when I do. Five stars. Would hire again.

Alexis went above and beyond on the tasks requested and even stayed extra time with my cats which was very kind of her! She was punctual and responsible and my cats warmed up to her immediately. I was able to have peace of mind during my trip. I would definitely rebook with Alexis and recommend her to anyone looking for pet care.
