About: My family has had dogs since I was born, and since I was 10 I took on jobs looking after the dogs in my neighborhood. I have a lot of availability during weekdays and nights, as well as general flexibility in my schedule! I also have a car so I am able to get where I need to go in a punctual manner. I have a fenced in yard, and my house is right next to a wooded park that is great for walks. As for cats, I have a large bedroom, and well as some baby fences I could use to block doors to the outside. I also have cat toys!

About: I have many years of personal experience caring for cats, including senior cats and cats with chronic health conditions such as kidney disease and hyperthyroidism. My experience includes following detailed feeding and care routines, administering oral and topical medications, monitoring appetite and water intake, maintaining clean litter areas, and watching for changes in weight, energy, behavior and bathroom habits. I have also helped one of my own cats recover from a wound that required consistent cleaning, prescribed topical treatment and close monitoring. That experience reinforced the importance of patience, careful attention and following care instructions consistently, even when a cat is less than thrilled about the process! Caring for senior and special-needs cats has taught me to recognize subtle behavioral changes and respect each cat’s individual comfort level. Some cats welcome immediate affection, while others need time and space to build trust. I never force interaction, and I follow each owner’s instructions carefully while adapting my approach to the pet’s personality. My schedule is currently flexible, allowing me to accommodate morning, afternoon and evening visits based on availability. I keep my service area intentionally small so I can arrive reliably, spend the full scheduled time with each pet and avoid overbooking. Before a first booking, I prefer to meet the pet and review feeding instructions, medication routines, emergency contacts, veterinarian information, entry procedures and any household safety concerns. I follow written care instructions carefully, I will never force interaction with a nervous pet. I'll confirm that doors and entry points are secured, and provide photos and detailed updates after each visit.

I’m passionate about the positive benefits of being outside so I’d love to take your pet on walks or just chill with them outside while they sniff the flowers. I’m a full time health care employee. About: I’ve grown up around dogs for most of my life and already occasionally pet sit for friends and family. I used to work as a caretaker at a doggy daycare, and decided to continue pet care alongside my new job as it became such a fulfilling part of my life. I'm experienced with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and I'm experienced with a variety of other animals such as cats, fish, lizards, turtles, birds, and hermit crabs. My current work schedule follows the standard Mon-Fri 7-3:30, with most of my weekends and evenings open. Because of this, I'd be most suited for pets that are used to this schedule already. Otherwise, I try my best to stick to their current schedule for things like feeding and walks. I always feel comfortable meeting the parent(s) and pet before the booking. I can take care of all basic tasks and am very adaptable, patient, and reliable. I do my best to learn about each pet's little mannerisms and quirks so I can accommodate them the best I can while keeping them and your home safe. I want to make sure both you and your pet end up happy! I always ask that I'm given the pet's vet and an emergency contact as well, just in case.

About: I’ve had pets nearly my whole life and have been known to struggle to walk past an animal in need. This means rescuing an injured squirrel, a Cooper’s hawk, an opossum, and more, going the extra mile even when it was deeply inconvenient for me to do so. I also grew up attending zoo camp and then volunteering at a zoo from age 5 to 14, caring for a wide range of animals. I have worked with high energy pitties, a blind and anxious German shepherd, birds, cuddly kitties, fearful kitties, diabetic kitties, rabbits, and others. I have administered shots, IVs, medications, eye drops, and more. I am persistent and typically can win over even the shyest and most anxious fur baby. I have a genuine love for caring for pets and would be honored to care for yours! I am currently carefully thinking about my next full time role and working part time. My partner is an immigrant seeking employment during a time when that is extremely difficult due to the political situation. Any supplemental income is incredibly helpful for me as we navigate. I have a reliable vehicle, plenty of time to play with your pets, and love to love on them. I have a reliable car and I keep my word. I am communicative, honest, and truly love animals. I take direction well and understand that every pet has their specific needs. I don’t cut corners and do my best to provide top notch care, always.
