About: My family has had dogs since I was born, and since I was 10 I took on jobs looking after the dogs in my neighborhood. I have a lot of availability during weekdays and nights, as well as general flexibility in my schedule! I also have a car so I am able to get where I need to go in a punctual manner. I have a fenced in yard, and my house is right next to a wooded park that is great for walks. As for cats, I have a large bedroom, and well as some baby fences I could use to block doors to the outside. I also have cat toys!

About: I have had pets personally and cared for friends & neighbors pets for several years. My partner and I’s sweet fur baby Tito passed away this past September and I am looking to be around pets without the commitment of pet-parenthood again quite yet! I am self-employed with a non-traditional job so I have plenty of weekday and evening flexibility! My family lives in Richmond area so I also do not typically travel around holidays. I will treat your fur baby like my own and hope to give them some comfort and love so you can do what’s important to you outside the home.

About: I've had dogs as furry companions my whole life! I've interacted with small-large dogs and I'm not timid. I grew up on a farm so I've interacted with many different animal personalities and I'm down for a task! I'm up for long walks and extended play times! I'm a VCU student who is taking all online classes and also works 4 days a week! I'm just looking for a way to make some extra cash while doing something I enjoy and can be flexible about! Mon.-Thurs. I work between the ranges of 10a-7p and can have some flexibility with spending time with your pet! Fri-Sun I have off and have very open flexibility for you and your pet’s needs! I follow instructions to a T! If you let me know what to do and how you need me to get it done, it will be! I will be kind and patient with your pet and make sure they are safe and taken care of!

At home, I have a senior dog who requires some extra care so am able to provide the same for your dog. I’m currently applying for jobs, so I have plenty of time to hang out with your pets! Aside from the basics of caring for your pet (feeding, water, walks, etc), I will spend some extra time playing and petting as needed to make sure they feel safe and happy!

I raised my next bestie from the day she was born until she crossed the rainbow bridge, and I’ve loved my Fiona for nearly 14 years. I have plenty of experience with cats of all ages, including administering medication, accommodating quirky needs, and navigating sassy attitudes! I also grew up with a family dog and helped care for him while living at home and during college breaks. That included feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship. I currently work freelance and have a very flexible schedule so my days are built around what bookings I have in a given week. Professionally, I’ve worked at doggy daycares, other dog-walking and pet-sitting apps, and volunteered to assist with puppy births. My experience is mostly with dogs; however, I have taken care of cats and more! I work a full-time job, but my hours are flexible which means I have days I am in-office or at home and I do not work weekends. It is very easy for me to leave work to provide pet care and return later that day or make-up hours later in the week. I am very gentle with animals and the safety of pets and those around them comes first - always. I plan to keep the pet comfortable and enriched. It is very easy to follow a schedule and routine for medications, bathroom breaks, bedtimes, and playtime. I pay close attention to details and take the time to learn pet behaviors to ensure they get the best care.
