1. Lauren E.
“Lauren is amazing with our 2 schnauzers. She is responsive and flexible. We are so pleased with her care for our fur babies! Highly recommend her to anyone needing care for their pets.”
2. Nicholas B.
“Nicholas has done dog sitting for us a number of times in the past and we have been so happy with his care and concern for our furbabies. Nick is a true animal lover, very reliable, trustworthy and certainly concerned for the wellbeing of his "charges." We have a "difficult" senior dog and Nick warmed up to him and became the only caregiver he would allow in our home. We would highly recommend Nick to care for your furry family members.”
3. Hadlie D.
“Hadlie is a true animal lover. I don't know if she has ever met an animal that she doesn't adore. She's very responsible and also kind. My animals have always loved her.”
4. Lauren B.
About: I have had experience with pets/animals for over 20 years. I pet sit for family and friends. I love animals and would love the opportunity to meet yours! I will work my routine around pet sitting. The pets will be my highest priority when scheduling. Your pet will be well taken care of. I take care in providing any necessary and/or required accommodations for your pets. I have a fenced in yard for safety, a home large enough for multiple animals and a caring heart!
5. Alexander T.
“Alex is friendly, kind, responsive, and responsible. He quickly got back to me about a last minute dog walk, and also handled our overly excited puppy with ease.”
6. Brittney G.
“Brittney (Britt) is the most loving and compassionate 'animal person' I've ever known. When I first met her about 6 years ago, she came to my house and met my fur babies. The oldest one, a 15 year old chihuahua, actually bit her. Britt reacted so calmly, gave my dog some space, and ended up being her best friend. That BLEW my mind; Twinkie doesn't make friends easily. 6 years later, I'll only leave to go on vacation if Britt is available to watch my fur babies. Doggy hotels or boarding places aren't something I'm comfortable leaving my old Betty at, just because I don't want her to be uncomfortable or uneasy. Britt watches her and takes care of her like she's her own fur baby and she's so wonderful at it! If you love your fur babies like I do, I highly recommend Brittney. Your baby will never be more loved and cared for while you're away!”
7. Allison V.
“Allison has provided childcare for our 3 children for over a year! She is dependable, punctual, and the kids enjoy their time with her! I am confident she would provide excellent care for any pet! Our dog Miller is always happy to see her!”
8. April H.
“April has been a life saver!”
9. Aveline A.
“Aveline is one of my bestest friends. She has babysat my dogs while I was on vacation before and as far as I’m concerned she did a great job and everyone was taken care of. I know she has had animals her whole life and she really does care. She recently got her own personal dog and he’s one of most well trained dogs that I know. I think she would do a great job in Rover considering her experience with babysitting and house sitting her bosses kids and dog.”
10. Michelle C.
“Michelle is kind and gentle with my pets. She has watched them several times and taken very good care of them. Their tales are always waggin when they see her coming. She makes sure they are eating well and have plenty of water along with lots of hugs and kisses too. She also send photos after each visit along with a quick message to give you piece of mind that your pets are safe. I highly recommend her.”
11. Anna D.
“Anna was a very responsible and reliable dog walker. I am so happy she took care of our girl!”
12. Heather L.
“Heather is a kind, caring soul who has bonded perfectly with my grumpy older dog. Lacey wags her tail off when Heather comes through the door, and the two of them have a blast while I am gone. I get regular pictures of them on walks, watching TV, and just generally being buds. I do not hesitate to leave my dog and my house in Heather's capable hands. It is a great relief to have someone who is both trustworthy and so flexible schedule-wise.”
13. Stephanie B.
About: I will love and care for your furry friends as I do my own. I've owned dogs my whole life and my family would say it's a passion I've never fulfilled (but will be thanks to rover!) I've owned all size breeds so teacup or a small horse, I've got you covered! I am a Navy Veteran and current full-time student at the University of Michigan and my husband works from home 100% of the time. Your pups will never be left unsupervised. We have two other dogs in the home who love having guests and making new friends. Feedings can take place whenever you deem necessary for you! We have a ton of treats (SCHNACKS) ready to spoil and pamper your puppers as we do our own. I live on 7 acres of land in a private community, and have approximately 1 acre of fenced in yard directly off the back of the house. Your friends will be able to take plenty of potty breaks and nice tranquil walks in the "countryside". They will be kenneled at night (around 11p.m.) in a dark, empty room in a padded kennel. (I know it sounds depressing but is actually super relaxing for doggos!). Doggie bath services are also negotiable.
14. Bessie P.
“I've known Bessie since 2013. In that time I have seen her love and care for all dogs as if they were her own. Her patience and willingness to learn about your fur baby's personality is truly inspiring. There is no one in the world that I would trust my babies with other than Bessie.”
15. Hannah D.
“Hannah is great with animals, especially dogs. She has dog sat for me on multiple occasions and my dog is always happy to see her. She has been pet sitting for years and is very fit for the position.”
16. Shelli H.
About: Ive been taking care of dogs my whole life. We actually had Beagle puppies born in our bathroom 13 years ago. I've raised 5 dogs all together. We have 1 left. He's our baby. I will love your dog like my own. I will take care of them like you do. I'm not working so I have plenty of time to walk, play and love on your pet! I babysit my grandkids every Thursday so they woukd have kids to play with if you so choose! I have a fenced area in my yard, a doggie door and a very friendly senior dog. He's a little loud sometimes, since he's a Beagle but it's all love. Your fur baby will be super happy here. Of you prefer I come to you that is perfectly fine too. I will make sure your pet is happy when I leave!
17. Brittany J.
“Brittany has always loved animals, she takes care of them like they are her children, seriously, she gives them so much love and attention and has always been very reliable, independent and very attentive. Feel confident that she will take the very best care of your family member while you are away.”
18. Cameryn G.
About: Pets of all kinds have had no trouble trusting me. I've helped friends and family take care of their pets, but due to living situations, I've had none of my own. I'm a freelance artist, so exercise is something I'm lacking at the moment. I'd love to get my steps in with your pup as my companion! I love playing and cuddling with animals. I have a large yard, though unfenced, for play. I want to ensure your pets feel safe with me, so anywhere they're comfortable, I'm willing to be!
19. Brittany M.
About: I have extensive experience working with many types of Animals in different settings and circumstances including; 5 years in a veterinary hospital and humane society as well as 2+ years working with farm animals. I am a "stay at home-steader" with nearly 10 acres and plenty of time to devote to your pet(s). I am home most days, my schedule is pretty open. Adding additional petcare does not change my routine much since I'm already working on my homestead. I like to get to know each pet as an individual with their own preferences and boundaries. I like to try and meet them on their own terms and am attentive to behavior and health cues.
20. Susanna & Erick C.
“We are so grateful for Susanna! She is great with our 1 year old puppy, Cooper. She took the time to get to know him and go at his speed in the beginning and is fantastic at following his lead each time she comes to walk him! If he doesn't feel like walking, she makes it a game or plays with him in the yard! She is super responsive and communicative. I know that if any issues were to come up, she would promptly convey them to me. I know our Cooper is in great hands with Susanna!”
