Together, we have over 20 years of combined experience caring for dogs/pets, and we truly treat every pet like family. We both work from home, so your pets are never left alone and always have someone around to watch over them, play with them, and give them affection throughout the day. We have a nice big yard where dogs can safely run, play, and burn off energy, and we make sure every pet gets the attention they need based on their personality and routine. We also have experience caring for pets who need a little extra support, including administering medication, caring for senior pets, puppies, and pets that aren’t fully potty trained. Mariana is CPR certified, giving you added peace of mind when it comes to your pet’s safety and well-being. We’re both originally from Europe and can’t wait to meet your pups. We know how important it is to feel connected while you’re away, so we always send plenty of updates, photos, and videos to help give you peace of mind. Denys has about 14 years of pet-sitting experience and loves giving treats and going on morning walks with your pups. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
