“Jackie has been amazing through these cold winter weeks. No matter what the weather she is always on time and still makes sure Remmi is taken care of. I honestly do not know what we would do with her!!!!”

About: My whole life my parents have had dogs so I’ve grown up around dogs since I was an infant, this also means that they’ve had quite a few different puppies over the years and I have helped train them. I am the go to person for all of my friends and family. If they need someone to watch their pets while they’re gone I absolutely love seeing their animals and taking care of them and I treat everyone’s animals as if they’re my own and do the things that I would want others to do for my pets. I work as a Behavior Technician for ABA therapy during the week, with a flexible schedule so I’m able to come check on animas in between clients and such, and my weekends are free to watch others pets and give them plenty of love and attention. I care for pets in others homes as if they were my own pet, I will make sure to play with them and feed them and get them outside, but also just cuddle them if they like that and give them the space if they also would prefer that.
About: I’m knowledgeable in breed-specific needs and maintain consistency to keep them mentally and physically happy! I have previously taken dog behavior courses and am familiar with dog body language. I have worked with dogs of all sizes and ages! No dog is “too much!” I am comfortable with administering medications and providing grooming for long haired/high maintenance breeds. I have worked with puppies all the way up to senior dogs so I am comfortable handling all ages. I have a full-time job but am more than happy to fit time in to take care of your lovely fur baby. My typical shift is 8:00-4:30pm M-F. I have open availability on weekends to provide housesitting! If you are looking for constant care (pet cannot be left alone for 4 hours or more), I am happy to provide that however, I do charge a constant care rate if during the work week as I will need to take those days off and I will need to recoup lost salary. For constant care pets, I do require at least a month’s notice ahead of time so I can get that time off to accommodate. I will never take a sit if my work schedule cannot accommodate it—your pet’s care and safety is extremely important to me. I will work with you to decide if I am the right fit for your pet’s needs and routine. Nothing is worse than upsetting your pet’s routine and comfortability! I now offer drop-visits as well! This is great for people who might need someone to check in your fur baby a couple times a day but does not need around-the-clock needs. I am happy to drop in before work (8am) and can drop by after work! If you’re someone who works longer shifts, this is perfect for you! I am comfortable crating your pet if requested but they are also more than welcome to share a bed with me if they are used to sleeping with you! If you have an unfenced yard, I will keep them on leash at all times. If you have a fenced yard, I will stay out and monitor them until they are ready to come inside. Doors will be locked at all times whether I am in the home with your pet or if I’m at work. If you have any home-alarm systems, I will use them as well.
“My dog just got groomed yesterday so I asked Darla to help keep him clean on his walk on this gloomy rainy day and she was very accommodating about that and helped wipe him down when they got back. I really appreciate how much she helps and is good with my dog Brody.”

About: I’ve had a furry friend my entire life, and have looked after animals that need immediate or intense care, or are in need of a home for 12 years. My schedule lines up with my partners in a way that there is rarely more than an hour or two that we are away from home. The entire property is monitored by cameras (except bedrooms and bathrooms), and we like to practice fire and tornado drills regularly in case of an emergency.
About: Hi there, I’m Brittany. Animals make me happy. When I see a pet, I see a child. They are a member of the family. They have the sweetest souls and biggest hearts and I wouldn’t treat them any other way. I have one dog and I was raised with 3 dogs and 2 cats. I have always been an animal lover and I always will be. Every day I take my dog on at least one walk and many times I walk him multiple times per day. I treat my fur babies like family and how I would want to be treated. I am not only here to help you during your busy schedule but to become a friend to you and your fur baby. To house sit during longer durations, I can travel to anywhere. I would love to bring my golden retriever with me if your pets like to socialize and make new friends, he loves other dogs and gets along with them great, he is very social and has been to many dog parks and households with pets, but if not that is ok too. Also, I have a boyfriend that loves animals and has 2 children of his own, I would love if he could come hang out with me during my stay if the family was comfortable with it, but if not that is also okay. For drop in visits, I can assist on my own or bring my dog for some company. I am also available on certain days for doggy day care and boarding. When I have a dog stay with me I treat that dog like my own and it would have an amazing friend to play with. Pets are allowed on furniture, I have treats, toys, tons of dog beds, and a fenced in yard. I will also take your dog out on walks and play fetch or tug to burn energy. If you choose to book me, thank you for trusting me and I won’t disappoint you! My schedule is very flexible, and I would love to help accommodate what you need help with, whether that is daily or weekly. I am always picking up new work bookings. I have booked a lot off of rover so I have additional referrals if you would like them! I will treat your animals and home as if it were my own, with love, trust, and respect. I have helped out for many years taking care of people's pets and homes. I have many references.
About: I can travel. I have dealt with medications. Great at juggling more than one pet! Attentive!! Responsible. Happy pets! Happy owners! You won’t be disappointed! I am working part time. I’m hoping to make pet care a larger part of my occupation. I’m available more than most people with jobs. I ensure they have a healthy routine. Consistency is important to me for walks and meals. And giving them lots of love! Always being cautious!
About: New to Rover promo code: CHRISS86159 Ask about my multiple pet discount for drop in visits! Additional fee for any visits over 15 miles to accommodate for travel time and gas. Hello everyone! I have been on Rover for a few years now and have experienced alot so far but I am sure that I will still get a surprise here and there! I try to take all surprises with grace and just learn from them! We have: bones, hard yak cheese sticks, frisbee, balls, soft stuffy toys, rope toys, bubble machine, dog pool and pounce sprinkler, lick mats, sniff mats, puzzle toys, we do some arts and crafts (typically on or near holidays), homemade frozen enrichment bowls, if you request a bath for your dog I have multiple deshedding tools. Blankets, crates, extra bowls and diapers if needed. I am investing a lot into my doggy business. I recently made a small indoor gated area that has mats layed down for optimal comfort during indoor play and sleeping. I am in the process of creating an additional fenced in area in my yard that will feature a sand pit for those that love to dig, turf grass to contain the mud and a climbing feature for king of the hill! I can give your dog the patience it may need for basic training along with draining out some of the coopt up energy so they can listen better! Training in wee hours doesnt bother me at all and can even be fun. I have kids that are not rough or overly involved with animals and that also know some basic training. Any medication or special request can also be discussed and accommodated. Any questions just feel free to ask. Thanks for reading and considering me for your fur baby. I currently work from home so am pretty flexible when it comes to accommodating what works best for my pet parents! My mom is also very helpful in the chance that I do leave home, she resides with me! I have a decent sized fenced backyard for being in the city. We love to play fetch and run perimeter. Inside we like to use our indoor manners. Typically all of the dogs sleep together with blankets and cushions that I provide in a space that is about 10x10. I do have crates to utilize if it is the pet parents preference or if we have concerns with potty or chewing issues (I may utilize a doggy diaper when in doors if your dog marks inside) . Some dogs do get to sleep in a separate space from other dogs or in a room with one of my kids if that is where they feel the most comfortable and behave the best.
“Initial engagement during the labor weekend, will look to reserve with my next significant excursion. The boys/young Labradors look like they didn’t miss a beat. Glad that Wendy could fit them into her other client schedules, Wendy was easy to converse with aligning the nuances/ particular needs of my pets”

About: I've had different dogs in the house for my whole life. As a kid my family brought dogs in for foster care. We've taken care of multiple dogs with disabilities, including deaf dogs and partially blind dogs. Dogs get along with me well and I'm good at getting shy dogs to warm up to me. I've also volunteered with the Jackson County Animal Shelter, working with the cats at PetSmart. I've also taken care of relatives'/friends'/neighbors' pets. Right now I do not have a job, I will be starting college soon but I should still have plenty of time to tend to your pets. If I can't be home my parents can fill in for me while I'm out. The dogs that I own eat at the same time everyday and go out as needed, but if your dogs need to be treated differently it will be easy to change things for them. Just fill me in on what your pet needs to be taken care of properly and I should be able to get it done.

I do have 2 dogs that I have taken on trainings with me and there so great with other dogs and they have learn training techniques so show other dogs to be mindful and respectful. they would be great playdate companions to other dogs
About: I’m reducing my current job schedule to part time as a mental health therapist in order to engage in my passions. With this in mind, I would love to direct my empathy, patience, and connection towards any animal(s). I currently own 3 cats and would want nothing but the best for them if I were to be away and so I will use this as my guide when keeping care of your pets. I have been around animals most of my life and have taken care of dogs, and cats primarily for family, friends, and strangers throughout my career experience. This is my first time on an app so please feel free to ask any other questions as it is welcomed! I’m currently working part time with a flexible schedule so I would like to say I am very flexible and can work with most schedules at this time. I live by treating others the way you want to be treated, so if I am at someone else’s home, I will be respectful on the space and property. I will be taking care of and treating your animals as if they are mine and will make sure to bring them some comfort while they’re guardian(s) are away!

I have a very open schedule that allows for me to pet sit at any time throughout the day, and any day of the week. I would not be able to care for pets in my own home, only in client’s homes. I am willing to fulfill whatever needs are presented by each pet, whether that be getting to know them slowly to allow them to build trust, snuggling with them so they aren’t lonely while their owners are gone, or any other needs they may have.

About: I was that kid....the one that brought home every stray animal I found. I love fur-balls, cats, dogs, and horses. I grew up on a farm, so I have years of "farm-girl" experience. My weekly work schedule isn't a good fit for me to have a pet at home, but I have plenty of time to spoil your pet. I can take your dog for a walk in the evenings if you can't or watch them overnight on the weekends. Oh and if your cat walks on a leash, I'll walk her too. I’m available daily. If you need in home visits while you’re at work, or because you are going away for the weekend, I have reliable transportation to get to your home. I do not overbook, so your pet will be properly cared for. I live in a large apartment, your pet will be safe inside my apartment and building. I have plenty of outdoor area to go for walks. I will only care for multiple pets if they are from the same resident/household. If I care for your cat, you can be assured that they will not be able to escape because I have double doors to prevent them from running off. During any outdoor activities they will always be on leash. I will always clean up their waste. I will also protect them to the best of my ability and I will never expose them to any situation that I feel could harm them. While your pet is in my care, I will love them, spoil them and care for them as if they were my own.

I treat pets like the fur mamma I am, with loving compassion and patience knowing that a pet is a part of the family first and an animal second respecting each individual's own set of needs and natural behavior. I am going to school for vet tech so boarding and taking care of pets is not jus a gig it is a passion and a lifelong love.
