About: As a veterinary assistant with hands-on experience in both general and emergency practices, I bring a unique level of skill, knowledge, and compassion to every pet I care for. I’m trained in handling animals of all sizes and temperaments, and I’m confident in giving medications, and managing senior pets with special needs. I also have experience working with puppies—including potty training, crate training, and building confidence with positive reinforcement. Whether your pet is young and energetic or older and in need of a little extra TLC, I tailor my care to meet their individual needs. Beyond my clinical background, I’m a lifelong animal lover who knows that pets are family. I treat every animal in my care like one of my own. I understand how important trust is when someone else is looking after your pet, and I’m here to give you peace of mind while you’re away. I’m currently working full time, but I am able to take time out of my day to let your animals out throughout the day! On weekends I can stay with them full time! When caring for pets in their own home, my goal is to maintain their usual routine so they feel safe, comfortable, and stress-free while you're away. I follow all care instructions closely, from feeding and walks to medication schedules and bedtime routines, and I always take time to bond with your pet through play, snuggles, or quiet companionship depending on their needs and personality. As a veterinary assistant, I’m confident handling pets with medical conditions, anxiety, or special requirements. I make sure your home stays tidy, your pet feels loved, and you stay updated with regular messages and photos. I treat every home with respect and every pet like family.

She also cleans up after herself and sends lots of photo updates to make sure we were comfortable. I could alway reach her and knew our dog Nox was in good hands! I secretly don’t want to leave such a good review because I want to make sure Jade will be available whenever we need her ??. But seriously - use Jade!!!!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover and proud rescue dog parent with over 8 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all ages, temperaments, and needs. I know firsthand how tough it can be to find affordable, trustworthy help—especially when juggling a busy schedule. That’s what inspired me to become a Rover sitter: to offer dependable, compassionate care for your pets when you need it most. My two pups (a spunky senior Jack Russell/Heeler mix and a mid-aged Husky/Heeler) keep me active and on my toes, and I frequently care for my sister-in-law's dogs as well. I’m experienced with dogs who need a little extra TLC, including those on special diets, daily medications, or unique routines. Whether you need someone to drop in for a quick potty break or want your dog to feel at home while you're away, I treat every pet like family—with patience, attention, and love. I'm flexible! I currently work from home and have a pretty flexible schedule during the days. I work about ~10-15 hours a week and don't have a set 9-5 type schedule. I can do my work whenever, wherever! I have a fenced in yard and two dogs at home. I treat my dogs like they are my BABIES - they get a ton of attention, pets, belly rubs, walks, and kisses. We do a lot of walks in our neighborhood and like to bring our pets on adventures.

“Mark is outstanding. Not only did he take great care of my 3 dogs and 2 cats, but he was an excellent communicator. He sent a full written report each day and sent so many pictures. We came home to a clean house and happy pets. He was very helpful when we almost missed our connecting flight and reassured me that he would be there for us if we did miss it. We travel a lot and I will never use another pet sitter if I can help it. Mark took care of my pets like I take care of them and that’s saying a lot bc I’m a bit crazy for my furbabies. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs ever since I was young. I love dogs unconditionally and love to play with them, I feed them when needed, I can give baths, and I love to take them on walks. My friends and family have relied on me to dog-sit whenever I was available to do so. I will be at college very soon, so weekends are great for me to walk dogs and care for pets. Also evenings will work well for me. I have a pretty open schedule for awhile I just need to work around classes. I have a fenced in yard and a very playful energetic dog. He is very sweet but he is like our baby so we don’t like to bring other dogs in just because he can get jealous and we don’t like to risk it.
