About: I have taken care of many different dogs most of my life from family dogs to friends etc! I got my first dog around when I was seven and right now I have two cats who I’ve owned for 7 years and 4 years! So I am very experienced with both cats and dogs and a lot of other animals! Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
