About: I've taken care of dogs and cats since i was 12 years old, my mom made me earn having a pet, making me go to work with her so I can make the money to buy litter, cages etc. I am beyond grateful she did because now it makes me want to work to take care of my babies and I now own 4 pets!! I'm currently working part time, I just graduated school so i have plenty of time for all fur babies🥰 I wake up to my babies and go to sleep with them, they are my life and joy The goal is to keep the pet’s routine as normal as possible. Follow the owner’s instructions closely, feeding times, portion sizes, walks, medications, and any special care. Spend quality time with the pet so they don’t feel lonely, and keep the home also respect the client’s space, lock up securely, and give updates (texts/photos) so they feel reassured.

I have experience caring all kinds of animals, personally and professionally for more than 10 years. Growing up and through adulthood, my family always owned Golden Retrievers. When I was young, I expressed interest in animal care and owning my own pets, ranging from small mammals, birds, and reptiles. In my teenage years, I started out pet sitting for family friends and have continued to pick up pet/house sitting gigs whenever and wherever I can. I also have experience administering medication to some of the animals I’ve cared for. Professionally, I have worked at a veterinary hospital and boarding facility for two summers. At this facility, I was responsible for the care and socialization of dogs of various sizes and demeanors. I also worked at my local humane society caring for cats and dogs with different lead styles, temperaments and bite thresholds. I was responsible for providing the dogs with three walks a day. Through this job, I also have some experience with clicker training and administering bordatella and rabies vaccines to incoming stray dogs. Looking to make extra money doing what I love! I do work full time, so my most open days for all services are Saturday and Sunday. However, I can accommodate AM drop in visits any day of the week. And I am open to pet sitting in your home any day, as long I can work it around my full time job. I provide regular photos and updates to owners to build and instill trust. While I listed 15 years of experience, the reality is that I grew up with dogs and have spent years caring for my own, including senior dogs with specific routines and needs. As a teacher and coach, I’m used to structured routines, consistency, and early mornings, and working into the evenings—so pet care fits naturally into how I already live. During June and July, I’ll have especially flexible availability, which makes it easy for me to accommodate walks, drop-ins, and pet care throughout the day and evening. I believe good pet care starts with consistency, attentiveness, and following the owner’s routine as closely as possible. Whether that means walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, medications (if clearly instructed), or simply keeping a dog company, I aim to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. For boarding in our home, dogs will have access to a secure fenced yard for outdoor time, as well as an individual outdoor pen if for supervised fresh air and space to relax. We also have crates available if your dog is crate-trained or prefers that routine. Our home includes senior dogs of our own, so I’m especially mindful of temperament, comfort, and introductions, but for dogs that enjoy companionship, there may also be opportunities for calm social interaction and play.
