I brought up a concern about him playing outside in the heat, to which she said she will take special care to watch him. Throughout the stay, I received photos and videos three or four times a day showing Whaler playing and looking so HAPPY! We also did a meet and greet ahead of booking so I could see where my pup would be staying which was very comforting.
