PHENOMENAL! As soon as Susan greeted the door, I was immediately comfortable with leaving my dog with her. She just has that kind of energy. She sent me photos of her and her daughter playing & spending quality time with zero as if he was their own. Be careful your pet may not wanna come home after they meet Susan. I mean shes quite great. Susan is also quite knowledgeable. Seems to leave a very healthy lifestyle and that translates into her care for your pet. I absolutely would suggest her.

I had such a wonderful experience with Susan and cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, her communication was excellent, and she made me feel completely comfortable and confident that Storm was in caring and capable hands. Susan kept me consistently updated on Storm’s daily activities, which gave me tremendous peace of mind. I truly appreciated the thoughtful updates and knowing how he was doing each day. What stood out most, however, was the genuine love, kindness, and attention she showed Storm. It was very clear that she truly cared about his happiness and well-being and treated him with so much warmth and affection. Susan was also incredibly thoughtful and kind toward me throughout the entire experience. Her professionalism, reliability, and compassionate nature made such a positive impression. As a dog parent, it means so much to find someone you can genuinely trust with such an important member of your family, and I feel incredibly grateful to have found Susan.
