I brought up a concern about him playing outside in the heat, to which she said she will take special care to watch him. Throughout the stay, I received photos and videos three or four times a day showing Whaler playing and looking so HAPPY! We also did a meet and greet ahead of booking so I could see where my pup would be staying which was very comforting. They came home and acted like they did not notice any change. We used to left them in vets office where they were caged for the most part, so it was always adjustment to come from there.
