About: Hi, I’m Hope! I’m a lifelong animal lover and pet owner with experience caring for cats, dogs, rodents, fish, reptiles, and pets with unique needs. I’ve pet sat on and off for many years for family friends and neighbors, and I also worked at a science museum where I assisted with the handling and care of reptiles and other animals. I love getting to know each pet’s personality, routine, and little quirks, whether that means extra playtime, patience with a shy animal, or carefully following specific feeding and care instructions. I currently have a 3-year-old tuxedo cat named Soup Du Jour, who is wonderfully spoiled and has some medical needs, including oral medication every other day, allergies, stomach issues, and dietary restrictions.
