PLEASE NOTE: I WORK A FULL-TIME JOB IN AN OFFICE (based in Juno Beach) and may not be able to check on your pets as frequently as you’d like, especially during the day. I have experience caring all kinds of animals, personally and professionally for more than 10 years. Growing up and through adulthood, my family always owned Golden Retrievers. When I was young, I expressed interest in animal care and owning my own pets, ranging from small mammals, birds, and reptiles. In my teenage years, I started out pet sitting for family friends and have continued to pick up pet/house sitting gigs whenever and wherever I can. I also have experience administering medication to some of the animals I’ve cared for. Professionally, I have worked at a veterinary hospital and boarding facility for two summers. At this facility, I was responsible for the care and socialization of dogs of various sizes and demeanors. I also worked at my local humane society caring for cats and dogs with different lead styles, temperaments and bite thresholds. I was responsible for providing the dogs with three walks a day. Through this job, I also have some experience with clicker training and administering bordatella and rabies vaccines to incoming stray dogs. Looking to make extra money doing what I love! I do work full time, so my most open days for all services are Saturday and Sunday. However, I can accommodate AM drop in visits any day of the week. And I am open to pet sitting in your home any day, as long I can work it around my full time job. I provide regular photos and updates to owners to build and instill trust. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs for 6 years now. Neighbors, friends, and my own 2 dogs. I love meeting and playing with new dogs. I also speak Spanish and French which makes it easier to talk with lots of different dog owners if their English is not the best or if the dog doesn’t understand English ;) I’m currently a full time student at northeastern university. I have lots of breaks between and after my classes where I’d be able to take care of dogs/animals or walk them. About: I’ve been around dogs and cats my entire life and have experience caring for many breeds including Greyhounds, Collies, German Shepherds, Labs, Retrievers, and others. I currently have two dogs and a cat of my own. Friends and family regularly trust me to care for their pets while they’re away. During June and July, I’ll have especially flexible availability, which makes it easy for me to accommodate walks, drop-ins, and pet care throughout the day and evening. I believe good pet care starts with consistency, attentiveness, and following the owner’s routine as closely as possible. Whether that means walks, feeding, fresh water, playtime, medications (if clearly instructed), or simply keeping a dog company, I aim to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while their owners are away. For boarding in our home, dogs will have access to a secure fenced yard for outdoor time, as well as an individual outdoor pen if for supervised fresh air and space to relax.
