About: Hi, I’m Hope! I’m a lifelong animal lover and pet owner with experience caring for cats, dogs, rodents, fish, reptiles, and pets with unique needs. I’ve pet sat on and off for many years for family friends and neighbors, and I also worked at a science museum where I assisted with the handling and care of reptiles and other animals. I love getting to know each pet’s personality, routine, and little quirks, whether that means extra playtime, patience with a shy animal, or carefully following specific feeding and care instructions. I currently have a 3-year-old tuxedo cat named Soup Du Jour, who is wonderfully spoiled and has some medical needs, including oral medication every other day, allergies, stomach issues, and dietary restrictions. Because of her, I’m very comfortable with medication routines, special diets, chronic conditions, and paying close attention to changes in behavior or health. I’m also always happy to learn any specific care skills your pet may need. I love getting to know each pet’s individual personality and quirks. Whether that means playing tag for thirty minutes, repeating the one specific toy movement they’ve decided is The Best Thing Ever, or simply giving them space and patience, I’m happy to adapt to what makes them feel safe and comfortable. I know pets can be funny, particular, and wonderfully odd, especially when their people are away, so I do my best to keep their routine familiar and their environment calm. And because I’m Gen Z and practically always have my phone nearby, you can count on plenty of updates, photos, and notes so you still get to see all the cute things they do while you’re gone. At the moment, I’m living at home while on leave from UC Berkeley, so I have a very flexible schedule and will be in the area for the foreseeable future. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my priority is to keep their routine as familiar, calm, and comfortable as possible. I’ll carefully follow all instructions for feeding, medications, walks, litter boxes, playtime, and any household rules, and I’m always happy to learn the specific details that make your pet feel safe. I know animals can be sensitive to changes when their people are away, so I’ll pay close attention to their body language, energy level, appetite, and mood while giving them the kind of care they prefer — whether that means active play, quiet companionship, patience, or extra reassurance. I’ll also treat your home with respect and keep you updated with photos, notes, and anything important I notice during my visit.

PLEASE NOTE: I WORK A FULL-TIME JOB IN AN OFFICE (based in Juno Beach) and may not be able to check on your pets as frequently as you’d like, especially during the day. I have experience caring all kinds of animals, personally and professionally for more than 10 years. Growing up and through adulthood, my family always owned Golden Retrievers. When I was young, I expressed interest in animal care and owning my own pets, ranging from small mammals, birds, and reptiles. In my teenage years, I started out pet sitting for family friends and have continued to pick up pet/house sitting gigs whenever and wherever I can. I also have experience administering medication to some of the animals I’ve cared for. Professionally, I have worked at a veterinary hospital and boarding facility for two summers. At this facility, I was responsible for the care and socialization of dogs of various sizes and demeanors. I also worked at my local humane society caring for cats and dogs with different lead styles, temperaments and bite thresholds. I was responsible for providing the dogs with three walks a day. Through this job, I also have some experience with clicker training and administering bordatella and rabies vaccines to incoming stray dogs. Looking to make extra money doing what I love! I do work full time, so my most open days for all services are Saturday and Sunday. However, I can accommodate AM drop in visits any day of the week. And I am open to pet sitting in your home any day, as long I can work it around my full time job. I provide regular photos and updates to owners to build and instill trust. I also make sure to follow care instructions as written to ensure proper care as intended. And I make sure to bring a calm and confident energy when entering and inhabiting your pet’s space. About: I’ve taken care of pets and animals for an incredibly long time. Since I was a child, even. I grew up with dogs and cats. All of my friends ask me to petsit for them because I am so good at it. I’m perceptive, can multitask very well, and caring. I’m also very good at following directions to a T. I love animals, and naturally, my own heart yearns to protect animals to keep them safe and happy. Sitting does this for me, and I am grateful for this. I can take care of all types of dog breeds and cat breeds. Including fish, reptiles, and rodents. Even the “scarier ones”, like spiders or snakes. I’m currently working by picking up random jobs when I am available. And so, I can truly choose whenever to work. My availability is incredibly flexible. My availability is literally all the time. Depending on the house I’m sitting at, I’ll improvise. But, if I do notice that something needs to be done or brought in order to keep those pets safe and sound, I will absolutely go grab it or have it delivered so I can find a solution.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for 3 years now, and i love and care for them as my own. I love dogs and it would bd my pleasure to take care of yours! I am currently attending PBA and I am on the tennis team so I can do daily walks in between or on the weekends if needed! I have a patio and a dog park close where I could take them to play.
