****Please read before booking.**** Our experience with Devon was disappointing and did not meet the expectations that were discussed before the booking. On the first day, she was scheduled to arrive around 10:00 a.m. but arrived at approximately 1:30 p.m. The first walk for our dogs lasted about 10 minutes, which was significantly shorter than the duration we had requested. Throughout the stay, we received videos showing the dogs appearing happy and comfortable. However, our home cameras showed that the dogs were left alone for extended periods of time. Before the booking, we had clearly explained that our dogs experience separation anxiety and should not be left alone for more than 3–4 hours whenever possible. On multiple occasions, they were left alone substantially longer than that. One incident was particularly concerning to us. Our larger dog was taken outside for less than three minutes before Devon informed us that he had not gone to the bathroom and that she would try again later. Based on our experience with him, we did not feel that amount of time was sufficient. When we raised these concerns, the conversation became focused on her feeling monitored rather than addressing the issues we had observed. We understand that pet sitting can be challenging, but we expected the agreed-upon care instructions to be followed more closely. As a result of our concerns, we ultimately felt uncomfortable continuing the arrangement and had to make changes to our travel plans. This review reflects our personal experience. Other pet owners may have different experiences, but based on ours, we would not book again. If there were an option to give zero stars, that would more accurately reflect our experience. Based solely on what we personally observed and documented during this booking, we cannot recommend this sitter and would strongly encourage prospective clients to discuss expectations in detail, verify that care requirements can realistically be met, and carefully consider whether this service is the right fit for their pets' needs. Devon left the dogs , the cut and didn’t let them go to bathroom . She acting like she’s the victim by calling Rover and telling them that she don’t feel comfortable because we have cameras. Because of people like her, we have cameras..

Devon was great with our baby and sent lots of pics! Our house was left just as we left it. Will be booking again!

Devon was wonderful. She took very good care of our Frenchie, communicated and sent pictures every day. We highly recommend her.

I always get nervous when finding a new sitter for Lady, but Devon made her first boarding experience completely stress-free. We did a meet-and-greet beforehand, and I instantly felt at ease — she’s warm, patient, and really attentive. Lady can be anxious and skittish, but Devon handled her with so much care. She sent pics and videos every day, and I could see Lady was relaxed, happy, and well cared for. When I picked her up, she looked calm and comfortable, not stressed at all. I’d 100% book with Devon again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy, gentle, and caring sitter.
