About: I have a ton of experience working with a variety of dogs, ranging from puppies to senior, lazy to high maintenance, etc. My life revolves around my pets, and I am eager to share that passion with yours. I have a lot of experience with senior care as well-my pup requires a lot of at home treatments in her final months of life. I'm currently a PhD student, getting my degree in animal welfare, so I have relatively flexible hours. I don't have a set work schedule, so let me know what works best for you and I can likely work around that :) my day to day already revolves around my pet, and has for basically all of my adult life. I have a fenced yard, fully baby-proofed house, and pet-experienced roommates. My cat is my only current pet, and he is good with other cats and cat-friendly dogs.

About: I have been watching sweet fur babies since I was in grade school. I have been responsible for feeding, walking, cleaning up after, and giving lots of attention to my customer’s furry friends. I promise to treat your fur baby like my own and I can’t wait to meet you! I work part time so I can walk and care for your pets regularly, giving them all of the attention they need in the morning, midday, and night. I am very detail oriented so I will be able to give your pet quality care as well as ensure they are safe in their environment. I have my own dog and want to treat every pet the way I would want others to treat my Daisy Duke.

“This was my first time ever using Rover or hiring a dog walker and Nora was AMAZING!! She was so wonderful with my senior lab and flexible with her needs. Thank you for taking such great care of her while I was away!”

Let’s make tails wag and hearts happy Pet care is a natural part of my everyday life. With over 16 years of experience in pet sitting and dog walking — and a background working in a veterinary clinic — caring for animals isn’t just something I do, it’s something I truly love. I’ve shaped my schedule around being there when your pets need me most, whether it’s daily walks, drop-in visits, or extended stays. I approach each day with patience, reliability, and a calm energy that animals respond to. Your pets’ comfort and well-being are always my top priority. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I do everything I can to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I create a calm, familiar environment so they feel secure while you’re away. I also keep you updated with messages and photos, so you know your pet is happy and well cared for. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family. I offer a cozy, clean, and peaceful space where they can relax, play, and enjoy lots of one-on-one attention. About: I have been dog sitting since I was 17, spent the night at houses with animals, provided walks, food, baths and playtime. Many clients have asked me back. I have worked with both cats and dogs. I also grew up with cats and dogs and know how to care for them well. I am currently on summer break here in Davis with a pretty open schedule. Please reach out and we can coordinate a time that works with both of us! A clean and safe environment that is comfortable for both the animals and myself. Has parking, preferably fenced for extra safety, neighbors who are willing to communicate with me.

About: I’ve taken care of dog for with more than 5 years. I personally have two dogs in the house which are 10 lbs and 30 lbs. I’ve successfully trained 3 puppies in the past 5 years and also fostered before for a rescue. All the dogs will be separated when I’m out, and basic training can be provided if owner requests. I’ve successfully taking care of 5 dogs at one time including two puppies. I’m a recent graduate at UC Davis, and currently WFH all day. I will walk dogs twice a day and give them bathroom break at least 4-5 times every day. I have a fenced yard in the house. All the dogs will be separated when I’m not at home. For safety reasons, dogs will stay in the crate when humans are not around but they can be on furniture once humans are presented.

About: With years of hands-on experience in veterinary medicine and volunteering at the YCAS shelter in Woodland, I offer a level of knowledge and calm that goes beyond basic pet sitting. About: I’ve been around animals my whole life — I have 3 dogs and 2 cats now, and I’ve raised everything from ducks to horses. I grew up with dogs, hatched and cared for ducks, and worked as a ranch hand, so I’m confident handling animals of all sizes and temperaments. Whether it’s a playful pup, a shy cat, or farm animals, I bring calm energy, patience, and lots of love. I work part-time, so I have plenty of time during the week to give your pets the attention they deserve. Whether it’s walks, playtime, or just some extra love while you’re away, I’m flexible and happy to work around your pet’s routine. I don’t offer boarding, but I’m more than happy to care for your pets in the comfort of their own home. I know how important it is for animals to feel safe and relaxed in their own space, and I’ll make sure their routine is followed, their needs are met, and they get plenty of love while you’re away.

About: I grew up with a bird and dog, and a cat was recently added to the family (I do not live with any pets currently). I backpack trained the cat, made toys and fortresses for the cat, took the dog on walks and hikes, whistled to the bird, and gave all the animals as many pets as I can! I've additionally done lots of pet sitting over the years for friends and family: cats, small dogs, medium dogs, rats, mice, aquariums, and insects. I don't mind reptiles either! I have a flexible schedule, spare for Thursdays when I have class (but still available for evenings after 6pm). I am willing to wake up early or stay up late for the job. I make sure to take things slow when needed in order to prevent stress for the animals. I keep a consistent schedule for feeding and cleaning. And I try to engage with the animals as much as possible when they are up for it. There is a tendency to be more easy going but I amp up the energy for playtime and walks. I like to walk in general, so I can go far for those higher energy dogs!

About: What sets me apart is my lifelong love for animals and the years of hands-on experience I’ve had caring for them. I grew up in a pet-loving household where caring for dogs (and other animals!) was part of daily life—from energetic puppies to aging senior dogs who needed extra patience and care. I’m attentive, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs of all temperaments. Whether your pup needs long walks, medication, or just some belly rubs and companionship, I bring both knowledge and heart to the job. I treat every dog as if they’re my own and take the time to understand their unique needs and personalities. Your dog’s comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities—and I’ll always keep you updated with photos, messages, and peace of mind while you’re away! I currently have a flexible, remote position, and am happy to work around the schedule of others! Let me know what your pets' needs are, and I am sure I can work it into my schedule :) My top priority is making every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved—whether they’re in my home or I’m in theirs. I adapt my care based on each pet’s unique personality, routine, and needs. In a client’s home, I do my best to maintain the pet’s normal routine and environment. I follow all instructions closely—from feeding schedules and walk times to special care like medications or crate training. I know how important consistency is, and I aim to make your pet feel like I’m just part of the usual routine. I also make sure to keep the space clean and respectful—your home is treated with the same care I’d give my own. When caring for pets in my home, I create a calm, welcoming space that’s pet-friendly and safe. I ensure dogs have plenty of time for exercise, mental stimulation, and affection. I limit exposure to unfamiliar pets and follow any special requirements—whether that’s slow introductions, quiet spaces for anxious pups, or keeping to a strict medication schedule. Above all, I give pets the individual attention they deserve and keep you updated regularly with messages and photos so you feel confident they’re in good hands.

About: I have grown up around animals my entire life and I’ve always had a passion for helping them. I used to pet sit for neighbors often when I was younger. I have a particular love for cats, and I would do anything for them! It can be hard to find a person to watch your cat or even exotic pet, but that’s what I’m aiming to help people with! I have almost 6 years of clinical animal care technician and shelter experience so I am well trained with animals with medical issues. I have worked with pets of all kinds and all ages with different needs. I have done everything from bottle feeding to giving senior animals insulin or whatever else they may need. I am Fear Free certified as well. I recently moved to the area and am looking for work. Caring for pets is what I know and love. If I get a more steady job, my availability may lessen. I understand that pets can be confused by new people coming into their home to take care of them, but I am well versed in animal behavior and would never do anything to make your pet uncomfortable. I will take the time to get to know your pet and assist them with whatever they may need. I currently do not live in a situation where I can petsit other people’s pets in my own home unfortunately.

About: I’ve been lucky to spend most of my life around animals - growing up with three amazing dogs gave me over 15 years of hands on experience, and I now have two sweet cats of my own (one of whom has asthma, so I’m also experienced with administering medication using an AeroKat). I love spending time with animals and believe in meeting each one where they’re at - whether that means a high energy walk, some playtime, or just quiet companionship. I take the time to get to know each pet’s unique personality and needs. You can count on me to be reliable, communicative, and respectful of your home and routine. Whether you're out for the day or a longer trip, I’ll make sure your pet feels safe, happy, and cared for while you're away. I'm currently working from home and have a flexible schedule to stop by and care for your pet during the day - also available for overnights. Happy to follow instructions on how to care for your pet's specific needs - available to help with medication and have experience working with asthmatic cats.

“Zoe does a great job walking Beth. Beth is a very high energy Blue Heeler that is Deaf. Zoe is responsive to my requests with the areas that Beth needs to work on to help her navigate without the ability to hear.”

About: I have been around dogs since I was born! I currently have two dogs (1 medium & 1 large) and I love taking care of them. I have always been a huge animal lover and I would to share some of that love with your pet. I am currently home from college and am looking for some part-time work to bridge my gap between quarters. I do not currently have any other jobs lined up so I am very available for pet-sitting/walking. In a clients home, I would be able to spend a ton of time with your pet! Playing, feeding, and giving them some love. Depending on what a client needs, I can provide that for them.

About: I have taken care of my own dogs and cats as well as family and friends’ furry family members since I can remember. In the last 6 years, I have begun walking and sitting professionally. I love to take pups on long walks and run with them when owner-approved. I am always looking to help with training during my visits using the same commands and techniques as you do for the most consistent outcomes for pets and pet parents. I am always punctual and I look forward to meeting and caring for your furry friend :) I work from home so I am able to stay over as needed for pet sitting and can care for any pets and let them out as needed throughout the day while working my day job Thursday - Monday. I walk dogs and make drop-in visits in my off time after work at 5:30pm and during my lunch break so I do leave for periods of time during sittings with your permission. I always ask how long a pet can be left alone to ensure your pet receives the time commitment you request. I also love to fill my days off Tuesday and Wednesday with plenty of walks and visits. I am unable to host furry friends at home right now due to restrictions at my apartment, but am happy to provide care at your residence.

Isabelle M.
“Isabelle walked my doggo Moosh. To give a little background, Moosh is a big Pomeranian with the cutest white fur! Although Moosh is the cutest, goodest boy, he can be extremely naughty at times. To put this in perspective, whenever I board him (when I go on vacation), I get charged a $25 barking fee! He's a yapper... Plus he likes eating underwear and socks, so you have to close doors and be very careful he doesn't get into anything! I left Moosh with Isabelle because I know she loves dogs and is a literal animal scientist. Well, turns out this was a great choice. Moosh now listens to Isabelle better than me! Isabelle wrangled Moosh like a pro and kept him from eating any undergarments. There weren't any pee accidents either because Isabelle made sure to take Moosh out early in the morning. Isabelle is my go to walker!”

Jessica G.
“I am a roommate of Jessica and have gotten to see her over the years how well she takes care of her pets. She has two cats she dotes on. I want to speak in particular about her cat James. James had FIP a while back and asthma now. She took incredible care of him and worked hard to help him recover from FIP. It was a huge health scare that she handled with dedication and care for him. Now, every day, she gives James his asthma medicine. She and her partner worked to train James to put his face in the asthma inhaler piece for him to receive the meds without any undue stress. Its rather amazing that he now knows to come up to the counter and breathe into it 4 times to get a treat. She works hard to make sure her cats are happy, healthy, and receiving what they need to thrive.”

Her trustworthy nature and gentle spirit make her the perfect person to care for any pet, ensuring they feel safe, loved, and happy. With Kaitlin, you can rest assured that your beloved pet is in the best hands.”

Devi J.
“Devi communicated well before, during, and after walking our dog; and she took great care of our dog. Thank you, Devi!”

Hailey W.
“Hailey is Amazing with both of my dogs. They have very different personalities—one is super laid back and the other is your basic nutcase. But when she comes over to walk them, She commands both of their attention and really gets on their level. She is always on time and highly communicative. She even taught my youngest pup some leash manners. Seriously, this lady is great.”
Grande dog parents share their Rover experiences
Emma was amazing with my dog, Molly! She was reliable, kind, and clearly loves animals. Molly warmed up to her right away, and I loved getting photos and updates after each walk. Emma went above and beyond to make sure Molly was happy and well cared for. I highly recommend her!

This was our third time working with Vita, and as always, she was fantastic! She provided over 20 days of continuous care for our home and dogs, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We felt completely at ease knowing our house and beloved pets were in such capable hands. Highly recommended!
