“Hey Rover folks. I was asked by Erika, our former dog sitter, to write a review for her ans I couldn’t be happier to do so. We met while she was working at our local pet store in Wisconsin. We had just moved from Chicago with our 4 dogs (2 Shepherd, 1 Pitt and 1 Black Lab Mix) and out 8 month old daughter. We are a busy household (we had the second baby while living there). After talking to her about our situation and knowing that we would need to go back and forth to Chicago plus random vacations she mentioned that she did house sitting. I should add a side note here: I owned and operated a dog walking/boarding business in Chicago for 15 years called WhatUpDawg. We had her come over to meet the dogs and never looked back. In the 2.5 years we lived in Wisconsin whenever we would leave town, at least 4-6 times a year usually 4-9 days at a time, Erika stayed with our pups. She was just great. In my experience the thing you want, as a pet parent on vacation, is to not worry to feel certain that your pets are being well taken care of and loved, Erika provided us with this certainty without fail. We simply love her. It was one of the sadder things for us when we moved away, knowing that we would t have her to keep our other babies happy. The basic stuff, she is extremely reliable. Dependable. About: Hi there! I’ve taken care of dogs and cats since I was 8. I have worked with all types of dogs, from big to small; energetic to snuggly coach potatoes! I work full-time M-F but I’m available for doggy daycare/boarding on weekends. I spend most of my free time at home relaxing with my dog but love taking my dog to the dog park so she can socialize with other pups. I have a fenced-in yard and a loves me dog to keep your pup company. My pup loves playing with other dogs, but is also good about leaving other dogs alone if they do not want to play. I have experience administering medications and love to take dogs on walks so they can get their exercise in.
