She was kind, patient, and incredibly responsive from the start, taking the time to answer all our questions and even offering to do a meet-and-greet before we left. That extra effort really put us at ease. We were traveling out of the country with limited internet access, but Ericka handled everything perfectly. She went above and beyond in caring for our two cats, even cleaning up after one got sick (just a furball, thankfully!), fixing our Roomba when it got stuck, and taking in a package that was delivered while we were away. She also kept us updated on all the little things we were concerned about—like whether the automatic feeder and water fountains were working properly—which gave us such peace of mind. Most importantly, our cats clearly adored her. We came home to happy, healthy kitties.
