I am a work from home marketing freelancer and military spouse. I have the flexibility of making my own schedule which means I can easily fit drop in visits and walks around your pet’s schedule rather than mine. Available throughout the day for visits and walks, including weekends, I’m happy to accommodate both recurring bookings and last minute requests whenever I can. Because I work from home, I’m rarely away for long stretches, so your pet gets consistent attention and reliable timing. Whether your dog needs a midday walk while you’re at work or your cat needs daily check-ins while you travel, I can build my day around what works best for you and your pet.

A typical day
For dogs: a fun day means a good walk and play session, plenty of belly rubs and cuddles, fresh water, treats if allowed, and lots of affection before I go. For cats: gentle play with their favorite toy, a cozy cuddle if they’re in the mood, fresh water and food, a clean litter box, and calm, respectful company that lets them set the pace.

The communication was wonderful and efficient; Marlena kept me updated (with photos and videos) every time she visited, and that reassured me Zen was comfortable, safe, and well cared for. I am happy that she also played with Zen and kept him active. Marlena genuinely loves animals and takes the time to understand each pet’s personality and needs. As you know, she also has a cat and a dog, both loved and cared for. While I was away, I was relaxed that Zen was cared for, and I came home to a relaxed, happy cat, which says everything. Marlena is an amazing person and excellent cat sitter! She has taken care of my 2 cats on many occasions while I travelled. She's responsible, great at communicating - sends everyday pictures which I find very reassuring, and most importantly, you can see how much she truly loves and cares about animals. I cannot recommend her enough, she is my first choice when I need someone to take of my cats.
