Your dog will also have the companionship of my 12-year-old Havapoo, Blue, who is incredibly gentle, quiet, and well-behaved. He’s great with other dogs and loves having a new friend around. I’ll follow your dog’s specific routine—whether that includes walks, meals at certain times, medications, or crate time—so they feel comfortable and secure while you’re away.

About: I am lifelong pet owner and animal lover with three years of experience as a dog walker. I have volunteered at an animal shelter where I provided daily enrichment and care to dogs, cleaning cages, kennels, serving meals and fresh water, and providing exercise and playtime. About: I am an experienced dog owner, having cared for my own senior dog post surgery. I’m great with administering medication and am always running around being playful with the animals I care for. I’m currently a hybrid worker where I can work from home some days! I am also available on weekends! Pet care is a part of my daily routine since I have my own dog. I have a fenced yard in my own home. I take my own dog out every couple hours or so when I can and give her two 30 min walks if I can.

About: I've taken care of my family's dogs since young, One Samoyed, one Husky, and one Chihuahua. I was always the one spotting heath concerns and training them because if I didn't, no one would! Firm believer in positive reinforcement techniques and keeping all animals enriched. I love surrounding myself with and working around animals. They are very therapeutic to me so I make sure my day revolves around their care! Always more than willing to spend an entire day with an animal to make sure they're tended to. I make sure my dogs are able to go the bathrooms frequently as they need, and look for behavior cues in order to understand what they want. I also make sure that if two animals don't get along, they are separated and given ample distractions. I also make sure to give food at a certain time and get animals into a routine so that they aren't constantly eating and gain wait. Exercise and enrichment is also big to me.

I hope to provide some comfort and care for you and your dog!! I am currently working full time in manhattan from 9-5 with some late nights during the week. I’m available on weekends and weeknights and can walk and drop in on your animals when needed. In the past, I always made sure to first allow a sense of trust and comfortability to form. I would ease into the house and softly yet confidently present myself to begin that comfortability. I would then take them on a walk to get some great exercise and tire them out. Then I would take them to a well fenced park to allow them to get some extra running around time! Once we’re back, I’d fill a bowl of water and then the food bowl per the owner’s instructions down to the detail.

About: I have had dogs ever since I was a little kid! I am a dog lover and I fortunately get to dog-sit quite often for my brothers and friends when they’re away on vacation or for work! I currently work a relatively remote job in analytics where I don’t have to go into the office and most of my workday is sitting down. About: I've always loved spending time with dogs since I was a kid. Raising and training Remy, a Vizsla male with unlimited energy (who is now 5), has fast tracked my dog care experience. He's a LOT of dog and I absolutely love it. A few years ago, I started caring for dogs over Rover. It's been a wonderful experience for us, and I've especially enjoyed learning how to communicate with dogs of all shapes, sizes, ages, and personality types. Cats are good people too! For cats I'm happy to provide drop-in services and potentially house sitting if it works with my schedule. I'm in between professions now working a lot from home on Long Island. I have a flexible schedule over this summer in particular. I'm especially keen to take on dog walking clients and check-ins, though boarding or day care is possible depending on the circumstances.
