About: I came to be an expert dog carer as the owner of a Pomeranian named Chewy for 12+ years. I was an active and doting dog mom for all of the phases of Chewy's life. I learned a great deal which I apply when caring for other people’s dogs. As Chewy mom, I took him to puppy training classes at PetSmart and taught him all the lessons a puppy needs. I followed a regimen of annual shots/monthly flea/heart guard medicines (with Banfield Insurance). Chewy and I had our share of visits to the vet to have teeth pulled, kennel cough, limping, Giardia, etc. over 12+ years. As he aged, Chewy lost his hearing and became incontinent and I learned about senior pet care. I used doggy day care services when I worked long hours, dog boarding services during overnight travel and frequented dog parks/beaches in our communities several times per week to socialize and exercise. From these experiences, I learned what it meant to care for a dog safely, while being social with other people and dogs. Aside from my experience, I am very in tune with dogs, paying attention to anything that may be wrong and how s/he is feeling. My daughter Layla spent most of her life with Chewy and is an affectionate and knowledgeable caregiver. She also had a dog bestie named Rex, a beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, who passed prematurely. My daughter Layla and I have been dog-sitting informally in our neighborhood as we love small dogs. Thanks to the Rover app, we have expanded to other families. Layla is working hard to save for a dog of her own. Layla always says that our superpower is LOVE. We know we can provide your dog babies a safe and loving home away from home. We are available for boarding at any time. My daughter goes to school/camp but walks our doggie guests before and/or after school under my supervision. I work from home and have a flexible schedule which allows for walks every 2-3 hours. I enjoy bringing a doggie guest into my home office while I work, so they can nap on a dog bed. I provide owners a daily picture/update. **Additional Fees Notice for Doggie Daycare:** •Daycare is 7am-7pm. Times outside of this window is an additional $15 per hour. If you think you may need more hours it is best to book boarding service We live in a large 3000+ square foot house on a quiet cul-de-sac with established trees, large one-acre/half-acre lots and no through traffic. We do not have any pets and know the dogs in our community. We walk our leashed doggie guests around our cul-de-sac to avoid bigger/unknown dogs. Doggie guests sleep in crates overnight for their own safety. A good portion of their day is spent outside of their crate but contained in a part of the house in a family setting (e,g, watching tv in the sitting room or hanging in the kitchen while we prepare meals).

I have had my fair share of cats, dogs, hamsters, and fish throughout my life, including my super senior kitty named Casey who is 19 years young! I work from home on a part time basis while homeschooling my two kids (ages 14 and 11). I have several chunks of time most days where I can drop in care for pets. I am happy to conform to your pet care rules. I will happily walk, feed, give treats, crate, etc. during my time with your pet!

About: I've taken care of dogs and cats all my life with owning few dogs and cats myself I eventually started riding horses competitively and became a vet assistant to many various animal hospitals so I am experienced in administering medication and senior care I own a dog that I do take out and take care of three times a day I also work at an animal hospital caring for dogs and cats I have a small fenced backyard and an old lady companion to keep your babies company. At my clients home I'll take care of pets like they're my own play with them let them get their energy out and when they are comfortable giving them love cuddles and a whole lot of pets

About: I’ve always had dogs in my life and have been baby sitting dogs for the last 25 years. I’m comfortable with all types of dogs; shy dogs, big dogs, little dogs. I understand how to approach all sorts of dog personalities, including, Divas :-) I telework 100% from my home. I’m available for boarding on weekends and weekdays. My neighborhood is dog friendly and has tons of walking trails! I do ask for accurate drop off and pick up times so that I can plan my day accordingly. If there is any schedule change to those times I just ask for communication so that I can adjust my day. I have a fenced in yard and one medium sized dog to keep your fur baby company. I have magnetic screens so dogs can come and go as needed. My dog often sun bathes on the deck! My home has many floor to ceiling windows that my dog uses to people watch for hours.

About: I grew up with a bunch of smaller pets, mostly fish and hamsters, and finally convinced my parents to adopt a dog when I was in high school. I moved away from home and miss her dearly, but I’m excited to bring the patience and love of animals I learned with my pets to yours! I’m experienced with shelter animals after volunteering at one for some time and am so excited to meet your pet! I have a 55 pound standard poodle named Roshe that I adopted in 2023, and will need to have a meet and greet before hosting your pet. I work full time, but can work from home 2-3 days a week, and my fiancée works from home all of the time, making it easy for the two of us to care for your pets! I've walked a variety of dogs at my local animal shelter for some time and can handle pets with a variety of needs. I'm pretty active and can get your dog all of the exercises they need while keeping them safe.

About: I love all dogs and cats ,I’ve taken care of many animals and my neighbors and friends always reach out to me for care of their pets.I’ve taken care of cats and dogs and have owned many animals like my 11 year old dog but in my eyes he’s still a puppy and 2 year old cat. I have more experience with older dogs and cats so I’ve spent a lot of time with giving pills and making special food for them. I’m currently working part time and I'm a college student but nonetheless I have a lot of time to take care of pets. I am able to drive anywhere and run errands if needed for your pet. I usually pet sit /home sit which means I have to make sure they eat ,give them medicine ,take them outside for potty breaks ,play with them ,take care of the house, inspect their droppings and bathe them

About: Hello, I’m Jeralyn! I’ve had my dog, Nova, for about 4 years now. We rescued her from a shelter and she’s been apart of our family ever since. Caring for Nova has given me much knowledgeable and experience when it comes to pet care. I completely understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pets, which is why I’ll make sure to carefully follow through with any given instructions, keep your pets routine consistent, and provide lots of love and care for them while you’re away. I am now available at least 3-4 days a week. Pets fit into my routine perfectly. I am able to give them the proper care they need. I’d first start with making sure the pet is safe and comfortable. I’d take time to observe their body language and assess their behavior before proceeding any further. I want to be familiar with them and I also want them to be familiar with me! I’ll start by making sure fresh water is always available to them and stick to whatever food schedule they’re on. Next, I’ll take them on a walk, then we can play, chill, or do whatever works for the specific pet I’m taking care of. I just want to care properly for these animals and have fun while doing so.
