About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. (my soul dog’s ashes are in my paw tattoo 🐾🩷) I grew up with Rottweilers and currently have two of my own, Gino & Haus, they're my whole world! I also have a handful of kitties🥰 My passion for animal care goes back as far as I can remember. From baby videos of me crawling on my dog and giving him a big hug & kiss, to completing a veterinary training class in 10th grade, where I learned the basics of animal health and handling! There even was one time I rescued two dogs on the side of the highway who had dug out of their backyard!! I now have about 3.5 years of hands-on experience working with animals, including two years at doggy daycares, where I've cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, ages, and temperaments. I treat every pet like they're my own and I always try my best to give them a safe, loving, reliable person they can trust just as much as they trust you, no matter how long it takes them to warm up to me. Working with animals is more than just a job to me—it's what I love, and I plan to make it my lifelong career. I work at a doggy daycare with a flexible schedule, so my availability varies from week to week. I am almost always able to stay overnight for house sitting, and depending on my work schedule, I can spend all day, all morning, or all afternoon and evening with your baby. I always try to spend as much time as I can with your baby. (leaving work is as hard as you can imagine) My most common shift is 1:00 PM–7:00 PM, though I can also work morning, afternoon, and split shifts, though the weekday morning shifts are extremely rare. My weekday shifts are never longer than 6.5 hours, and the only time I may be away for up to 10 hours is on the occasional Saturday when I'm scheduled for a longer shift. On Sundays, I usually work split shifts, which means I'm able to come home and spend about 2½ hours with your pet between work periods. If it's a good fit for your baby and you're comfortable with it, I'd also be happy to talk about bringing them with me to my work so they can enjoy extra socialization, enrichment, and attention, while never leaving my side! I'm committed to keeping your babies routine as normal as possible and will always communicate my schedule ahead of time so you know exactly what to expect!! Your babies safety, happiness, and well-being are always my top priority. I love to take the time to learn each pet's routine, personality, and other special needs so they feel comfortable and cared for while you're away, as if you haven’t even left! I am experienced in administering medications, following food schedules, and providing extremely gentle and personal care. Walks, drop-in visits, or overnight stays, I'll always make sure your baby gets plenty of exercise, attention, playtime, and affection (and making sure they know it!!) while I keep their routine as normal and consistent as I possibly can! I treat every pet as if they were my own, and pay close attention to their behavior so I can quickly notice and respond accordingly with any changes or concerns. You will also always get regular updates and photos about how they were and their day!

About: I have 3 pets of my own that I love so so much (2 cats and a dog). I have always cared for my neighbors pets as they have relied on me for the past few years every now and then. I have experience with both cats and dogs and have been pet sitting locally for 3 or 4 years now. I am comfortable with walking, feeding, and bathing pets. Hopefully you can rely on me to look after your pets this summer! I am currently in college at Duquesne University and am looking for some extra work this summer. I am looking to start work at a daycare part time but not until later so I thought this opportunity would be perfect. I will have plenty of free time until then to look after your pets! I have 2 cats and a dog who are my baby’s. I do not do boarding in my own home due to a temperament issue of our younger cat, but gladly will visit your fur baby’s and care for them that way! About: Hi! My name is Amanda. I have two dogs named Bailey and Henry. They are 8 and 10 years old. I have a lot of experience with caring for dogs. I always watch my friends dogs when they go out of town. I have experience with giving medications such as pills or eardrops. I am comfortable around dogs of all sizes and all breeds. I work from home so I am able to do drop-in visits at any point of the day or nights during the week or weekend. I have two large dogs of my own, so I am very comfortable with dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I will care for your dog by letting them outside if you have a fenced in yard, walking them, playing with them if they enjoy ball or tug, giving any medication’s needed, and filling their food and water.

About: I’ve been around animals for most of my life. I’m the friend people trust to take care of their dogs/cats while they go away. I’m adjustable to different breeds and needs. I will give them the attention and love they’re used to. I love going on walks so I will be just as excited to go! With an active lifestyle, I'm also happy to provide walks, playtime, and plenty of exercise based on your dog's needs. I live in Sewickley Heights and know there are plenty of busy pet parents in the surrounding neighborhoods who could use a helping hand. Whether your dog needs a walk or potty break, some company, or fresh food, I'm happy to stop by and care for them while you're away. Most visits are about 30 minutes, but I'm flexible if your pet needs a little extra time. You'll receive photos and updates after every visit, so you can relax knowing they're in good hands. For now, I provide care in your home, which is often the least stressful option for pets since they can stay comfortable in their own familiar space. If that changes in the future, I live in a three-story townhouse with a backyard for potty breaks and nearby walking trails that would make a great environment for boarding or daycare.

I work during the week for about 6–8 hours a day, and outside of that time my life revolves around walks, fresh air, playtime, and creating a calm, loving home. Pet care fits seamlessly into my schedule, and I’m intentional about making sure every pet in my care gets plenty of attention, affection, and consistency. About: I grew up with both cats and dogs in a single parent household, so I did a lot of the work to take care of them and train them. Most recently, I helped raise a golden retriever, who is now one hundred and ten pounds of pure love. I find myself gravitating towards animals more than people at times and no matter where I am, if there is an animal around, we always seem to find our way to one another. I do currently work full-time. However, I am remote some days and off on weekends, so my schedule does allow for flexibility at this time. I would follow the guidance and rules set in place by the homeowner. One example could be ensuring a dog is leashed at all times while on a walk. Another could be sticking to feeding the animals. Only the food provided by the owner and understanding any dietary restrictions or allergies the animal may have.

About: I’ve worked in a dog daycare/boarding facility for two years, & I’ve worked in a kennel for one year. I’ve cared for a range of dog ages, from puppies to senior dogs. The knowledge I’ve gained from my past experience has helped me to learn how to care for dogs, feeding tricks, training techniques, how to stop minor issues a dog may experience, and overall how to love and care for each dog because everyone is different! What may work for one dog won’t work for another and that’s okay! I’ve always treated any dog under my care with the same love & nurturing I give to my old dog. I work from home on Mondays and Tuesdays and don’t work on weekends! This gives me the time to tend to a dog whether they need to be played with, need potty breaks or a walk! I have the flexibility to be available starting at anytime & can either drop a dog off, have a dog picked up starting at 7pm. I would treat a clients dog like they are my own. Making sure the dog is feed, played with & given attention. My own dog goes on 2-3 walks per day, fed twice a day & given treats, the same treatment would be provided to a clients dog, and I can always adjust to what the client would like me to do!

About: I have owned and taken care of dogs of all sizes and ages. I have also managed dogs with severe anxiety and certain health issues. I am a college student so until May I am limited to weekends. After May, I will be available workdays and weekends during the day and at night. I have confident skills in understanding dog and cat language from past experiences.
