“Esi was great!! I needed last minute boarding and she stepped up for me and Tucker. We had a meet and greet and Tucker didn't hesitate to cozy up for some pets. He's not easily swayed by people so I was comforted that he was at ease. Esi answered my questions and was so nice. I got pictures during his stay and Tucker looked very happy.
