Big or small she knows how to care for all dogs. She took care of my Daisy, for about a month and I couldn’t have been happier. She was so gentle and loving and patient with her. He also has years of experience as both a dog and cat owner himself so I completely feel at ease when I book him to look after my little ones (I have cats AND a dog). He understands animals so well that I call him the “dog whisperer.” He goes out of his way to make sure that he thoroughly understands your pet and their needs before taking on the job, and wants to make sure that he has everything right so you feel comfortable leaving your fur baby in his care. For an added bonus, he’ll even throw in some training techniques during one his visits! What more could you ask for? I couldn’t recommend Evan more. He is wonderful!”

About: I am an enthusiastic and active animal lover with over 20 years experience. We live across from the Loch Raven reservoir within walking distance of many hiking trails. We enjoy playing with our pets in our fenced in backyard as well as taking nature hikes on the many trails across from us. Growing up, we had a dog and two cats. Currently, I delight in taking care of our 10 year old cat and 3 year old dog! I love being active with animals and walking them. Our house and yard are very pet friendly! I also am comfortable with admin of needed meds and grooming. With our schedule and lifestyle, we can give attention and potty breaks at least every 2 to 4 hours. The pets who stay with us are welcomed as part of the family. For walks, I am available 9 am to 430 pm. For boarding, we can accommodate one dog per night. We do not board cats. We have a fenced in backyard with about an acre of land. We have a 3 year old dog who is friendly. We have a shy 10 year old cat who will hide from other animals that she doesn’t know. We have hens, but they are fenced in completely.

“Colby has cared for my dogs COUNTLESS TIMES and done a superb job each one of them. He goes above and beyond carrying for my dogs (one of them is very anxious) and provided a slow, appropriate introduction to make them both comfortable. I’ve had him swing by my place to give them a walk midday as well as dropped them off at his place for a weekend getaway. He also sends me pics and video updates too during the visits which I absolutely LOVE! I’m going to continue to book him since he has been so wonderful and communicative!”
