I only had my baby for 3 weeks before I had to travel so she had barely any training under her feet when Derek took her in, and he was so forgiving & sympathetic of any negative behavior which was above and beyond what I could have asked for. He has has his own dog & a foster that he made sure to introduce with my puppy appropriately and kept an eye on all their interactions together while they were all adjusting (which didn't take long at all, and my pup adored her well-behaved temporary brothers!). Derek was my first experience with Rover and I don't plan to seek out any other sitter unless Derek is unavailable, and he will my first recommendation to anyone else to need a sitter in Memphis. Ruby was amazing!! She went above and beyond and took care of our girl like she was one of her own. Rory gets homesick and anxious in new spaces but Ruby gave her the attention that she needs and we could tell from the pictures and videos that she was more comfortable there after the first night than she's been anywhere else. As long we live in the area we won't use anyone else for boarding!
