Since this was our first time using them, they meet us and our dogs days before to ensure we were comfortable in selecting them. Exceptional communication from the moment I reached out, until after the end of our dogs’ stay in their home. Pics and videos sent throughout each day. They offered the use of their kennel for our puppy so I didn’t have to load up and bring our own. They had toys for our dogs to play with on top of the personal ones we brought. My mind was at ease during our entire vacation, and I have to admit they seemed reluctant to leave when I came to pick them up and take them home!!! Kat has watched my 11yo greyhound Malachite twice now and has been great. Setup was easy even though I ended up having to book on pretty short notice. No problems at dropoff/pickup and Kat is always very friendly and accomodating. I feel like Malachite is treated like a part of the family instead of just being cooped up in a cage all day like at the boarding facilities in the area.
Carla is very attentive and concerned about the wellbeing of the dogs, their food, and their environment. She is careful about contamination and keeps the place clean. She took care of my two girls for two weeks and I didn’t have any concerns during the stay or after it. Carla was very good with them!
We have now left our dog with Anushka a few times, and we continue to be so pleased with her excellent care! She is a good communicator, has excellent availability, and is clearly very experienced caring for dogs. And the best praise I can give is that our dog really likes to be there and actually eats while we are away, which has been a struggle for him at other places. We are so thankful for such good care for him. :)
