No problems at dropoff/pickup and Kat is always very friendly and accomodating. I feel like Malachite is treated like a part of the family instead of just being cooped up in a cage all day like at the boarding facilities in the area.
Carla is very attentive and concerned about the wellbeing of the dogs, their food, and their environment. She is careful about contamination and keeps the place clean. She took care of my two girls for two weeks and I didn’t have any concerns during the stay or after it. Carla was very good with them!
