“Derek accepted my request to sit for my new 5mo pup while I had to travel for work for 3 weeks (which last minute became 4 weeks) and he was nothing short of fantastic the entire time. He has great communication with at all times respective to his working hours. He is happy to sending pics/videos as often as you'd like and at request when you're missing your baby extra hard. I only had my baby for 3 weeks before I had to travel so she had barely any training under her feet when Derek took her in, and he was so forgiving & sympathetic of any negative behavior which was above and beyond what I could have asked for. He has has his own dog & a foster that he made sure to introduce with my puppy appropriately and kept an eye on all their interactions together while they were all adjusting (which didn't take long at all, and my pup adored her well-behaved temporary brothers!). Derek was my first experience with Rover and I don't plan to seek out any other sitter unless Derek is unavailable, and he will my first recommendation to anyone else to need a sitter in Memphis. Long and his girlfriend boarded my dog Brighton for 2 nights. They took very good care of him, and he was very happy with all the belly rubs he received. In addition, Long was very accommodating when I had to pick my pet up earlier than expected. I’ll definitely board Brighton with Long the next time we need to. Thank you Long.
First I would like to say how kind Merry and Wade are, it was very nice meeting them. They took very good care of my fur baby; he came back to me a happy pup! Merry kept me updated throughout the entire stay so I did not have to worry about Bear at all. Of note, I really appreciate that they keep the large dogs separate from the small dogs and slowly introduce the fur babies as appropriate. I highly recommend Merry and Wade for your boarding needs!
I greatly appreciate Ms. Heather for accepting my booking at such a short time. Still everything was perfect. This is my first time as a fur mom and having to leave my pup with someone who wasn’t family, she made this a very easy transaction. I got countless updates, pictures and videos. She will be first pick if I have to use Rover again. If I could give 10 stars I would.
My yorkie puppy had a great time at Kaylor's. She has 2 other small ones of her own & the family all seems to love dogs. She paid close attention to him & they even had him swimming for his first time, with my permission. I got videos & felt very comfortable with him being there. I'd definitely hire her again!
Rachel was AWESOME! She took care of my Zoo which consisted of 7 different animals and different care requirements. She took the time to take care of everyone and I'm grateful for her help. Its hard going on vacation and leaving the animals behind. Thank you again Rachel 💓
