“Once again, Shayna has done a fabulous job staying with my high-spirited Jack Russell! It’s so wonderful to come back from a trip to see a relaxed dog. I highly recommend Shayna!!”

“Ginger was fabulous with our family of furry kids while we were on vacation. We have 2 large dogs and 2 indoor cats and came home to happy pets that had clearly been well loved by "Auntie Ginger" while we were away. Ginger was amazing with communication while we were on vacation as well letting us know how everyone was doing and sending fun pictures. She took great care of our home as well! I was a little nervous having someone in our home while we were away but would highly recommend Ginger to anyone...even someone who is very particular about the care of their home and pets like we are. If your priority is the well-being and happiness of your pets, having Ginger pet-sit is the way to go. We have done boarding in the past and the dogs always come back a wreck and high-strung...having them in their own home with Ginger here was a perfect fit for their happiness. Ginger is amazing!”

About: Hi! My name is Sienna. I’ve been raised with dogs my whole life so I have much experience with dogs. I’ve been a dog sitter on many occasions for friends and on recommendation; long and short term stays. I’ve dog sat from puppies to older dogs and big to small dogs so I have dealt with a wide range of different doggies. I love dogs whole heartedly and would love to take care of yours!! I am currently unemployed and a college student mostly online. So I’ve much time to focus on your pet and give them the best care. I truly love dogs and all animals and would give your pet the utmost attention. I’ll do whatever you need for your pet to have the best care. If they do stay with me I have a large fenced in backyard with much room for them to play around. I’ll give your dog plenty of walks. I’ll of course follow any instructions you give to me. I hope you can put your trust in me and I’ll make sure to prove you can.

About: One of my best friends in the whole world is my 19-year-old kitty! I love him with all of my heart and I hope to be able to show your pets the same care and attention. Here are some of my skills and experiences: SKILLS: -giving subcutaneous injections to dogs and cats EXPERIENCES: -I have taken care of three cats for 2 months for a musician who went away on tour -I volunteered at a vet clinic 4-8 hours a week for 2 years -I have experience rehabilitating wild songbirds -My sister is also a pet sitter on Rover in Sacramento! I have helped her with a few of her gigs, so I have experience walking, feeding, and playing with dogs. (If you know someone looking for a sitter in the Sac area, feel free to reach out to me and I will give you my sister's information!) I am currently job hunting, so my schedule is very open! For those interested in having me house sit, if I can hang out with your pets while sending in some job applications, that would be awesome! Otherwise, I am available for walking dogs or check-ins pretty much whenever. I am here to help! I will do whatever I can to ensure your pet is safe, well-cared for, and loved. While I am no veterinarian, my veterinary volunteer experience has made me observant when it comes to noticing potential health concerns. Integrity is important to me. You can expect updates, pictures, and transparency from me!
“Louisa is amazing! She looked after our dogs and house while we were out of town for a few days. Louisa is incredibly respectful, communicative, and easy to work with. We felt very comfortable with her watching our pups. I would 100% recommend her!”

About: I have taken care of dogs on my own since I got my dog Mr. Buddy who is an Australian Shepard. I raised him from a puppy when I got him in Alaska when I was in the air force. I also watch my sister's dogs all the time, and I've decided to turn my love of dogs into a profession. I've learned a lot about dogs from great people like ceaser milon and the dog father, and many great people I've met along the way on my travels in the military. Your dogs will be well taken care of under my care. I have decided to do this as a full time gig. I want to be my own boss and work better with animals then I do people lol. I have delt with dogs of every age from my grandparents older German Shepard of 14 years old to my dog Mr. Buddy as a young 12 week old pup. I can assure that I will adhere to any safety practices that you want for your fur baby. I also have my 4 year old Aussie, Mr. Buddy, that does great with other dogs and socializing them. I've seen him help mentally troubled dogs many times. Off course I will not bring him if the client doesn't want him there. But once again I care assure that any dog will be safe under my care.
“Lorena was absolutely wonderful with our special needs dog, Yuri. From the start, she was kind, attentive, and followed all of his care instructions perfectly—including his strict medication schedule and extra potty encouragement. She even stayed longer at the last minute when we needed extra help, which we were so grateful for. Yuri can be very shy and particular, but he clearly felt safe with Lorena—and that says everything. We would absolutely trust her with his care again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a responsible, compassionate pet sitter! 💛🐾”

“This was the longest trip we have taken, and been away from our dogs. Shelly did a great job, and when she had other things she needed to do, she had her daughter help out, which I believe worked out great! The dogs were very happy to see us return, but I feel they were taken very well care of, and we would definitely ask Shelley to come back. Thank you, Shelly!”

About: I share pet Reiki with all my furry friends. I get down on the ground to engage, I swim, lake, park, and shop with my friends...I have a 3lb PSA toy poodle name Super Cooper, I rescued at 3y.o., he is now 7 y.o. After my self-care meditation, I start and stop my day focused on someone's pet, including my own ;) Walks, snacks, exercise and BUBBLES! I also share fantastic music with my pets. If I was a pet--I desire a life of FUN. I cater to the individuals our pets are. I love the diversity of the animal kingdom ;) i'm flexible, so don't be afraid to discuss where the care needs are outside of this map ;)
“Nicole really takes care of everything! We not only had her care for our old dog and cat (blind cat), but she also watered our gardens. We're having her come back next week to pet sit in our house again. So grateful to have found her!”

About: Hi friends! I’ve not only grown up with dogs but have one of my own! I’ve been pet sitting/boarding for over 10 years. Good friends, family members and customers of mine have all trusted me to watch their animals or stay over at their house and care for their babies! I’d love to help out if I can. I am currently working part time for a brewery and have free time. That may change in the future but for now, I’m here and available to give 100% of my attention to yours and my fur baby. I live on a few acres and have most of it fenced in. The doggos can roam or stay on leashes, whatever your preference is. I live in a pet friendly environment and safe neighborhood. If I was at your home, I would follow any instructions you would like me to follow.
About: I have taken care of pets since I was a young child, both small and large. I have experience with senior dogs, puppies, and everything in between. I fostered for a few years in college as well so ai have experience administering medication and training. I have an extremely flexible schedule and am seeking fulfilling side jobs that I can enjoy and dedicate my time to. Pet care fits perfectly into my daily routine, as I can prioritize them and give your pets the attention and care they need while still balancing my other responsibilities. I currently am not housing in my home but when watching a client’s pet I will take care of them as if they were my own pet: take them on walks, play enriching games with them, and give them lots of love. I also have a lot of experience with nosy pets that get into everything, so I am extremely aware and attentive to details others might miss.
“Josh is an excellent dog sitter and great house guest. This is our second time booking with him and he’s very clean, responsive, and did a wonderful job taking care of our dog during a health emergency while we were away. Highly, highly recommend Josh!”

About: Served as a volunteer and foster parent for many rescued animals in Bali during the pandemic. My experience with animals is vast. Ive grown up with many different kinds of pets. Cats. Dogs. Birds. Reptiles. Rodents. Chickens. ducks. Donkeys. Horses. Pigs. Goats. You name it. I love all animals. I was raised in the foothills in the redwood forest. I’m a very down to earth and healthy lifestyle human who just loves fur babies of all types. I’m attentive and loving and playful with animals. I really need it as much as they do. I work early in the mornings off around 9am and then have most of the day to myself. It’s nice to have an excuse to take a dog on a walk or to lounge around with some kitty cuddles. Having animals in my home makes it feel more like a home. In my own home I will be in close proximity at all times and I will be home the entire time so I can sense when potty breaks or walks are needed. I really enjoy taking walks myself so it’s a perfect fit to have dogs over. Cats are similar with the exception of walks unless you want to leash train them or already have. I love to keep an eye on them so they don’t hurt themselves and I give lots of play time.
