About: I grew up with beloved household pets, and house sitting and dog walking jobs throughout my schooling. I have done this for cats and dogs alike of all kinds. I'm excited to continue the journey now through this platform and I hope I can be of help to many more in need. As a teacher, I have summers off. There is more time for house and pet sitting during my summers. The rest of the year I would work around my school calendar. I can followed detailed instructions, times for medications, walks, check ins, and feeding. If pet needs to be in a crate, I can proceed with owner preferences.

About: I have experience caring for lots of animals like cats and dogs. I had to help raise our kittens after their mom died when they were two weeks old. I have basic experience with animal care, special diets and medication, and showing them love and attention! I work part time several days a week during the day. Typically 6 hour days when I’m pet sitting. Depending on location, might be able to work something out if your pets can’t be home alone that long. I tend to spend time with the animals where I can be around them, such as being in the living room if they’re inside animals or checking on them often if they’re outdoors. Try to follow whatever schedule the animal needs to the best of my ability (such as feeding times or walks).

“Ben took excellent care of my spicy kitten who wanted nothing to do with him. He is a soft spoken gentleman who eventually got her to trust him enough to play with him, even though there were soft hisses of protest when he tried to pet her, she didn’t run away. So if she was truly upset she would have been gone. I’ll have him back for sure to keep an eye on her and her separation anxiety at bay.”

I downloaded Rover on my phone and set up my account. I looked all through Rover till I found her. She immediately contacted me back and we set up a meet and greet to see how she was around the dogs. She was great, very sweet and caring with our pups! We hired her through Rover which was a very easy process. She sent updates with pictures throughout the weekend. They even all ate their dinners for her which is a challenge for my Yorkie and Havanese. I greatly appreciated the updates and pictures throughout the trip. I would highly recommend Jenifer for the love and care of your pets while you’re away. She’s trustworthy, dependable, and awesome communication.”
