About: I have experience caring for lots of animals like cats and dogs. I had to help raise our kittens after their mom died when they were two weeks old. I have basic experience with animal care, special diets and medication, and showing them love and attention! I work part time several days a week during the day. Typically 6 hour days when I’m pet sitting. Depending on location, might be able to work something out if your pets can’t be home alone that long. I tend to spend time with the animals where I can be around them, such as being in the living room if they’re inside animals or checking on them often if they’re outdoors. Try to follow whatever schedule the animal needs to the best of my ability (such as feeding times or walks).

About: While I’m new to Rover I have been a professional ranch sitter and stable hand for over 30 years. I have taken care of animals of many kinds since I was in high school. I'm certified through the United States Pony Club for horsemanship, have 4H experience with birds and goats and am knowledge in first aid care. I have bred and have experience with reptiles and small exotic pets. I have worked as a foster home for special needs rescue animals and I"m always learning. Let me provide mature expert care for your pets including older/special needs, exotic pets, and livestock. Emergency and fire evacuation planning during fire seasons for our area is a requirement to ensure I can execute your plan and am the right fit for your needs. I work from home Mon - Fri so I can sit mid-week but need access to high-speed internet if I'm staying in your home. I do take well behaved cats and dogs in my own home, as long as they meet and get along with my animal friendly pets. My weekends are available if I'm not previously engaged, but I do have an active schedule so I will work with you to ensure my schedule is a good fit for your pets. I am available for overnights, drop in and some boarding care for your pets and home. I have a detailed checklist to help set expectations for care whether in your home or mine. I do a health and safety check twice a day (morning and evening) to ensure the items on your list have been completed. The care of your animals and property is always my highest priority and I will work with you to set clear expectations and let you know if I'm a good fit. Please note, if you are interested in boarding, we do have 3 small friendly inside dogs and a blind indoor kitty. They are all extremely well socialized, vaccinated and used to meeting new client's pets. We also living on a working ranch and while I can keep your pet separate if they are housebroken and crate trained, I will also incorporate them safely into our daily routine when its appropriate and best for them. Our doggie guests love playing in our large fenced yard where they can see our livestock but not get in with them.

About: Bare minimum care for animals is not accepted in my house. I only offer the absolute best I can give for every furry friend. I've owned and cared for almost every category of critter you can come up with (Birds, reptiles, amphibians, small mammals, cats, dogs, etc.!) Almost all my passions revolve around animals and always have, I spend most of my time helping people with their own pets when I'm not caring for mine. I also am starting out in dog training and have two years experience with a few types of canine training. My own dog is an exceptionally trained GSD that's helped this journey. Along with that, I have been helping with rehabilitating and releasing wild animals in need for almost three years. I am very passionate about rescues and almost all my animals are rescued by either shelters, brought to me, or found by me. I hope to build a career in helping people and their animals in every way I possibly can ❤ I'm currently gaining experience for dog training and I help with wild animal rehabilitation along with shelter work. I'm free most days of the week since I'm able to choose my working hours. For drop in visits I follow pet owner instructions exactly to ensure every pet has their needs met. I offer the most exceptional care that I possibly can for each animal and am capable of caring for just about any pet. Senior, challenged, puppy, untrained, none are challenging for me. 💕

About: I am a very intuitive, animal lover. I have been nurturing dog, cats and farm animals for many years. I am comfortable loving on and caring for all kinds of furry and not so furry friends… I'm available early mornings, afternoons and weekends (after 3:00pm) in addition to overnights. I'm flexible and willing to work with your needs. As I'll be coming to you, I am comfortable with all housing types and pet situations whether they are free to roam, indoor or outdoor, or crated.

About: I have had pets my whole life, and my mom is a veterinarian. I currently have 3 dogs, a desert tortoise, and a bearded dragon and have taken care of goats in the past so I am comfortable taking care of any pet. I am currently working at Target on Bell Road. I am able to take care of pets at your house or take them for walks, but may need to leave them for 4-8 hours on some days. I hope I am a good fit and I can't wait to take care of your furry family members! I am able stay at your house but because I work at Target, I may need to leave the house for 4-8 hours every day. I am able to accommodate whatever your pet needs. And I am comfortable with crate training pets and giving oral medications. Since my Mom works in the veterinary industry she is available if I ever have a question about a pets care.

About: I was the owner operator of a pet salon for over 20 years with a loyal following based on the quality of care their fur babies recieved. Your dogs will go on walks and have the opportunity to check their peemail. They will enjoy playtime, naps and lots of cuddles. I simply love animals and they will let you know. I am currently working from home M-F with a very flexible work schedule. I understand the importance of keeping fur babies on a schedule with feeding and walks to help them feel safe and loved while in my care. I follow directions well. I live in a cute home with a fully fenced back yard. My 4 legged guests will have indoor outdoor access and full usage of all the homes amenities. I am prepared to set healthy boundries for furniture use at your request, otherwise they will have the freedom to be where they feel most comfortable. My schedule is flexible. Im working remotely from home part time. The fur babies in my care are nutured and loved. That's why I'm a Rover. Safety is my highest priority. I have a fully fenced yard, and firmly believe that playtime is an essential part of enhancing the lives of happy healthy fur babies.

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life and have been cat sitting for a friend for the passed 3 years. I can handle giving medication and large dogs. I'm a Preschool Teacher during the day looking to help where I can. 😊 I work Monday through Friday, however I'm off fairly early at 3:30pm everyday so afternoons, evenings, and weekends are free. I have no pets anymore so they will have all the attention! There is a lovely creek that runs through my complex for walks and plenty of toys and energy! And for the older furr babies they are more than welcome on the furniture for cuddles. I also have treats if they are okay for their diet 😊 I have experience with giving medication as well if need be.

About: Served as a volunteer and foster parent for many rescued animals in Bali during the pandemic. My experience with animals is vast. Ive grown up with many different kinds of pets. Cats. Dogs. Birds. Reptiles. Rodents. Chickens. ducks. Donkeys. Horses. Pigs. Goats. You name it. I love all animals. I was raised in the foothills in the redwood forest. I’m a very down to earth and healthy lifestyle human who just loves fur babies of all types. I’m attentive and loving and playful with animals. I really need it as much as they do. I work early in the mornings off around 9am and then have most of the day to myself. It’s nice to have an excuse to take a dog on a walk or to lounge around with some kitty cuddles. Having animals in my home makes it feel more like a home. In my own home I will be in close proximity at all times and I will be home the entire time so I can sense when potty breaks or walks are needed. I really enjoy taking walks myself so it’s a perfect fit to have dogs over. Cats are similar with the exception of walks unless you want to leash train them or already have. I love to keep an eye on them so they don’t hurt themselves and I give lots of play time.

About: Not only do I have 10 years of experience of pet sitting, I have experience working with shelter dogs. I’ve been with Placer SPCA as a volunteer for many years. I work with fearful, excitable, shy and even reactive dogs on a weekly basis. I make sure to give them the best care I can provide. I have plenty of free time and my shelter schedule is very flexible! I spend most of my time caring for pets or working with animals. I am someone that you can contact last minute for pet sitting! I am currently a student taking classes online that allow me to go at my own pace and pause lecture recordings and step away from the computer as often as necessary. I structure my days around my pets routines and take them outside for potty breaks at least every hour or keep my back patio door open to. my fenced in backyard so they can come in and out as they please. I feed them in the morning and evening and exercise them for 30-60 minutes daily, either by going on walk with a leash or taking them to the dog park. My schedule is very flexible and I'm available all day and every day of the week. My care is specifically structured around the individual needs of each pet and preferences of their owner, with health and safety being the top priority. I believe in consistent and reliable communication with pet owners while I'm caring for their dog or cat and will send photos of what they are up to at the time on request.

About: I am a compassionate life long animal lover. I’ve worked in animal hospitals with large boarding facilities, as the lead kennel technician, as well as being a veterinary assistant. I spent my days playing with and caring for other people's animals. I am able to give medications and tend to special needs animals. Though I left my hospital job when I moved here at the beginning of the pandemic, I've chosen to continue to work with animals because it is something that comes naturally to me & I feel that it's important to love what you do. I look forward to meeting new furry friends! I now have a fairly open schedule so I am mostly free to work with new clients to meet their pets needs and keep a consistent routine 💜 I am happy to hang out and get cozy with animals that aren’t up to outside playtime, and I love being outside with those that do have more energy! My parents currently have a puppy and I visit daily to have play time and help wear him out a bit (bc it’s so fun!).
