About: Over 30 years of pet care experience! I’m the type of person that stops by the side of the road to save a lost animal. My dog is a swimmer, not a walker! I work from home, but have a very flexible schedule. Definitely looking for a morning walker and am open for home drop ins otherwise. Safety is key, it is summer right now so pets should be indoors most the day. Early morning or late evening walks are best. Check the ground temperature and do not walk your dogs when its hot!

About: My pet care experience began when I started living with my uncle as a teenager. Back in the Philippines, he would rescue puppies and keep them in the house until he could find them a foster home. After school, I would go straight home and take care of the rescues. I would feed them and keep them hydrated, and then take them out for a walk. I also taught them tricks until they could master it without treats. I strongly believed that training is an essential part of their growth. When I moved here, I adopted Astrid as a puppy and she has been with me for 3 years now. My main skills with pets includes strict attention to time management, understanding their behaviors, and attending to their needs. Other skills include having patience, clear communication with owners, being on time, and being responsible with the duties given. I currently work part-time as a cook in a nursing home. On my days off, I usually stay at home either on my computer or take my dog to play outside. I have a lot of leisure time on these days, and I believe that pet sitting will fulfill these times and keep me busy. In my home, I ensure that my dog sleeps and naps comfortably when tired. I make sure that there’s food for her and water always refilled. I keep my dog active by walking around the neighborhood and going to the playground. I also play the guitar and sing songs to her when there is nothing else to do. When she wants to go outside, I let her run free in the backyard surrounded with fences and have a shaded area for her when it gets too hot. I would also leave the door open in case she wants a colder environment which is inside the house. In a client’s home, I would ensure that their pets are well fed and hydrated. If there is an accident, I would willingly be responsible for that and take care of it. I would make sure that their pets are also being engaged in activities so that they would feel less bored when the parents aren’t home.

About: Animals have pretty much always been a part of my life! I grew up always having an animal in the home, and most people who know me jokingly describe my house as a zoo. Currently, I have one dog, two cats, and a fish tank, so caring for animals is genuinely just part of my everyday life. I also spent two years working at Petco, where I got hands-on experience with all kinds of animals, including reptiles, birds, fish, and small animals. I know every pet has their own personality, quirks, and routine, and I love getting to know what makes each one special. Whether your pet has fur, feathers, fins, or scales, I’ll make sure they get plenty of care, attention, and love while you’re away! 🐾 I’m currently working as a substitute teacher so I can come by before school and after school so think anytime before 7:30 and after 3pm. I also babysit part time so my scheudle can be a little busy. I’m happy to work with you to figure out a schedule that works best for you and your family. Your pet’s safety and comfort will always be my top priority. I’ll follow their normal routines closely, pay attention to their individual needs, and make sure they’re in a safe and secure environment at all times. We’ve raised dogs of our own, fostered and helped rescue dogs, and now provide pet sitting and boarding for local families. We have experience with senior dogs, energetic pups, larger breeds, shy or anxious dogs, medications, and pets with specific routines or needs. What makes our care different is that pet sitting truly is a family effort. Your pup isn’t simply dropped off with a sitter—they become part of our household while they’re here. We also only board one family’s pets at a time, allowing us to give them plenty of individual attention, affection, supervision, and a more comfortable home-away-from-home experience. Pet care fits naturally into our family’s daily routine. Since there are several of us helping, there is typically someone home with the pups throughout the day, giving them lots of companionship, potty breaks, playtime, attention, and supervision. We work together to make sure feeding schedules, walks, medications, bedtime routines, and any special instructions are followed as closely as possible. Having multiple family members involved also gives us flexibility and allows your fur babies to receive consistent care rather than spending long stretches of time alone. We want every pet parent to feel completely comfortable leaving their fur babies with our family. Before a stay, we learn as much as possible about each pup’s personality, feeding schedule, potty routine, medications, sleeping preferences, behavior around other dogs, and anything else that helps them feel safe and comfortable. We have two friendly small Goldendoodles of our own, a fully fenced yard for safe outdoor time and potty breaks, and only board one client families pups at a time, so our home never feels like a crowded boarding facility. We offer meet-and-greets beforehand and require pets staying with us to be up to date on vaccinations. We can also accommodate crate-trained dogs and follow each family’s preferred routine as closely as possible. Everyone in our family understands that every dog is different, so we adjust our care to each pup’s individual needs. Our goal is to provide a safe, loving, supervised home environment with plenty of attention, playtime, companionship, and outdoor time so your pets can feel like part of our family until you come home. 🐾🤍
